It's not the best book out there.
This book was ok. It was mostly speculative, like advice you would get from an investigator on the street. There was nothing in depth.

I really like the clear and methodical way this deals with Workplace Investigations. A great buy for first time managers and/or staff who are new to investigations. There are a couple of areas mentioning statutory requirement, and it is for this reason it only scored a four star. The legal information is geared to the United States of America.
