I checked out several reviews on several wraps, I had this one shipped overnight and put it on right away. Instantly my back feels better. I have a pinched nerve & slipped disc from a car accident as well as a mommy pouch in my lower abdomen. This wrap Instantly gave me back support and pulled my pouch in substantially. I work from home, so I sit for 8+ hours a day. It has not rolled up once! Wrap bottom to top for best results.

This would be great for the person who does not sit or bend down because as soon as you do either of those things, this band scrunches up. It will roll up from the bottom if you have a thicker hips/a fupa. It will also roll down if you are heavy up top. I have tried different ways to wrap myself with this to prevent it from scrunching up while I'm excercising or simply sitting down, but nothing I've done helps. I've come to the conclusion that this band will only stay in place if you are already skinny or if you wear it and never sit down.

I’ve used KDHGI waist cinched for the past 2 months and on the 1st week of using the wrap the Velcro started coming off it rolls a lot also it creases under my rolls and it becomes uncomfortable 😣 this OANI bandage waist trainer seems much more comfortable I’ve worn it all day and I had not rolled once!! It also doesn’t make me feel hot 🥵 it’s pretty fresh!! & they sent it in a cute bag 🥰

I like this waist trainer. It has a loop that keeps it in place, so that you can wrap it around your waist and it stays in place. I only gave it five stars because it is too long for me, I have a short torso. I cannot cut it because I will lose the velcro at the end. Otherwise, if your taller or have a long or longer torso, then it will be perfect! I will recommend this product! It is comfortable, I slept in it thg he 1st night, no problem.
