- This fruity flavoured stuffing mix is a great winter treat loaded with delicious flavours and gluten free too!
- Example Batch: Stuffing mix - 100g, Sausage meat or pork mince - 250g, Water (Iced) - 150g
- Method: Add 100g mix to 250g mince meat and mix until combined Add 150g of water and mix thouroughly
- Cooking Suggestion: Insert the stuffing into the meat and follow the recommended cooking instructions Alternatively form the stuffing mixture into balls, place them onto a greased baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven (approx 200°C/Gas mark 6) for 20 minutes.
