It took a while for this product to work for me. I am now 2 weeks in. Taking 2 scoops daily. I have gut troubles from fibromyalgia that causes me to be chronically constipated. We’re talking like 1 BM a week and Im in there straining for like a half hour and even then a lot of the time end up having to give myself an enema. Miralax is helpful for me, but Im a stay at home mom. I dont really have the time to make myself a drink and add in the miralax. So I have a very hard time being compliant with daily miralax. This product is soooo much easier to use. I literally just dump the 2 scoops of powder into my mouth because the product tastes very good. It is slightly sweet, which makes sense because HMO’s are sugars that feed the good gut bacteria. Dumping powder in your mouth might sound like you would inhale and choke but you don’t. I do 1 scoop at a time and it immediately starts to melt with your saliva, while its dissolving I wash the scooper off since it touched my mouth and then do the 2nd scoop. The flavor is just “sweet” it doesn’t really have any other description. Its not like eating a sugar packet, its much less sweet than that, but still sweet. The powder is soft and smooth, very fine. Not granulated. I can easily take this daily so being consistent with this is a breeze. Like I said it took a while to see a difference, but now that im at the 2 week mark im having a BM 2-3 times a week. Im still in the restroom for probably 10 mins trying to go but I am able to go and not having to give myself an enema. My stools are not soft or diarrhea, and I still have to make more effort than I think is normal but its so much better than I was previously. With my fibromyalgia I was horribly horribly constipated before.

This is my second jar of Constipiotic and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve always struggled with bloating and irregularity, but this has been such a gentle, reliable fix. I just mix the powder into water or a smoothie and it dissolves well without any strong taste. Within a few days I noticed everything moving more regularly, but without the cramping or urgency that other products sometimes cause. I also love that it’s made with clean, gut-friendly ingredients. Not as good gives gas does make the poop softer but bloated and gassy
