I have used these catering food trays & racks numerous times. They are great. Did you know that once your water pan is thoroughly heated, & I speed up that process by heating my water up in a cooking pot on the stove first, you will only need to use one sterno heat can. It will continue to keep the water heated so that your food stays hot. No sense in having to use 2 sterno cans. I've done this many times and it works just fine. (By the way, the sterno cans are not included with this set.)

Wow!!! What an awesome deal!!! These did not come with the sternos but since I live overseas (APO/FPO address) I was specifically looking for a product that didn't so they'd ship here. I received an email stating they could not ship this to me and then immediately after I received a second email stating the package was on the way. I cannot wait to use them for my son's birthday party. Thank you!!! Update... Awesome!!! I used these at my son's party and they were awesome!!! Everything stayed hot and nothing burned. Just watch your water level... I over filled some of mine.

We host first breakfast every year and bought these this year to hold all our food. Sturdy and held all the food.

..... of the set, however, the utensils are not the quality I was hoping for. All in all though, I was very happy with how this set performed and held up during use.

They work fine for informal picnics.

This is the first time I have ever used something like this and it made serving so much easier than I had imagined. The variety of serving utensils was great and everything was very sturdy. I highly recommend these for any party where food is being kept warm as people arrive.

My dislike was the burners did not come with it but over all I liked the product
