I purchased all 5 Patch types and have been wearing them for over 2 weeks now. I’ve seen improvement in my energy and focus levels with those two patches, so I will definitely be continuing to wear them. The sleep patch is my favorite and have definitely seen an improvement in my quality of sleep since wearing them. The patches stick great and do not come off when you sweat or take a shower. 10/10 would recommend these products instead of having to take daily multivitamins.

These were great substitutes for my existing Vitamin routine in the morning, and so much easier to deal with. I was a bit worried about the effectiveness of the patch compared to vitamin tablets but I found myself feeling at least as healthy and protected as before.
