It's nice to have this in a liquid for ease of use. The base in this liquid is Sunflower oil. There is absolutely no taste. A 1/2 dropperful will give you 1500 mcg of Retinal Palmitate. There are 60 servings this size in this bottle at an awesome price. DaVinci is a longtime trusted brand of health supplements with their headquarters in Vermont. The sweet taste was way too artificial for me. I couldn’t get past it and definitely won’t be buying this again.I’m also planning to switch to a lower dose of vitamin A. This one has 1,500 mcg per serving, which is more than double the recommended daily amount for women (700 mcg). I prefer something that’s pre-dosed, like the vitamin C liposomal gel packets I use. Too much vitamin A can build up and lead to toxicity or liver issues, so I’m trying to be more mindful about it.

Taking Davinci Labs Liposomal feels like I have discovered the VIP back entrance to basic wellness. It is not flashy in the looks department whatsoever, but this little dropper bottle quietly upgraded my skin, smoothed out some digestive weirdness, and made my eyes feel less like tired potatoes! I can't handle the sweetness of this anymore but it's liposomal and I want that for absorption. I'm going to shop around though for a pill.
