I started using this oil for benefits it has. It's very rich in good quality omega 3 fatty acids. It tastes really good. It comes in a small container perfect for short usage, because this type of oil, shouldn't be strore in the refrigerator for a long time. The bottle is well sealed, which ensures the freshness of the product. I recommend it.

It's so fresh and the quality is above and beyond it's price. The bottle cap makes it easy to open and use without spilling. Absolutely delicious!!

This is a healthy oil so we use it a lot. It doesn't impart a nutty flavor so it's pretty neutral. Stores well but we go through it pretty quick. Great in salad dressings. Product arrived without damage. (some local stores always have dented cans).

Add this to cake batter and cookies. Not for frying as the oil will become bitter if slightly browned. A wonderful aroma and taste in muffins and scones!!

You might want to use less of this than other brands as flavor is very strong

This pumpkin oil product is excellent. I was concerned because I stored it for over a year before using the first bottle. I'm happy to say it still had a wonderful, smooth quality and worked perfectly for the body butter recipe. I just purchased another bottle and will continue to use this product. I highly recommend it!
