Definitely good soundbar!
Just bought this from other retailer but almost the same with amazon to be honest.Well Im hesitant to get this at first but im glad i pulled the trigger to get this doundbar. the bass is very good despite having a small subwoofer (imagine 6.5 incher sub does it job! If they made it atleast 8 inches it would be perfect for low note...)The soundbar itself is very good too (nice and clear highs and mids. Vocals are more pronounced which most sound bar suffered) the atmos effects are almost the same with my other atmos soundbar. Another thing that is good thing is that this sound bar supports eARC also which a big plus factor and a certified future proof! Why only 4 star?? Because i recieved two european plug and no uk plug for the sound bar which is awkward since were in UK, but managed using my spare uk 3 pins plug. (TCL wake up!)In summary, its a bang for buck having this very good soundbar without breaking your bank. And lastly just got it with a very heavy discount and save 80quid using pricematch from other retailer which blows me away!

For the price its very good
If you like to play rock/heavy metal music, this is not the soundbar you want. For everything else it does the job.

finally got Atmos working with Andor and I did duck for cover as Tie fighter went overhead
Got this elsewhere but very happy with it...now I also upgraded Tv to a 4K Tcl Roku TV.Before, could not get a Roku 4K seperate box to get the soundbar playing anything but PCM. Could get manky old 8y 2K Tv to pass thru surround sound from a PVR recording of Frasier on Channel 4 fine. Nowt from Roku 4k plugged directly in.Then I broke TV and bit the bullet and went for another TCL kit. Surely could get Atmos appearing on status bar. And finally it did. So redownloaded Andor in all its 4K and Atmos goodness and wow it delivered thru Plex. YouTube works for Atmos as does Amazon Prime. Whose fault it was I don't know. No support from Roku. Did not investigate with tcl as have had life shortening conversations with their support munchkins re a phone and Google Pay issues where I had ot explain to them how Android is built for deployment by tcl and not like Windows. So another systems integration debacle I could not address. Issue resolved now as TCL kit talks to TCL kit.No delays affecting speech synchronisation either thanks to eArc either. I did get that before in old setup at times.Music sound great thru Plex too. Don't miss old seperates hifi and physically loading CDs in. Now I can just get Google to play next track to Plex on Roku on TV and out it comes on soundbar. Complicated life we lead ain't it!Yes I am sure there are better Atmos solutions for like 5 times the price as I know there are rocket cars which are much faster than a normal UK road car. I find it hilarious that u can't get a demo of Atmos upward speakers in our local Currys as ceiling is way too high to get any down reflection of sound. So I took a punt on this unheard. It's great. Matches quality of a 4k picture I'm now also getting. And I don't have to wire speakers into holes in the ceiling. You pays your money and takes your choice.Pity Rings of Fire was so plodding despite the fact I can now watch Lenny Henry get killed off so he doesn't have to appear in the 2nd series snooze fest.I wish there was more I could tinker with in settings but beyond setting WiFi code and it getting SW updates it fetches automatically there's nothing u can tweak. The manual is appalling example of trying to have almost no explanation of what anything means by just using pictures and leaving user to guess at what functionality they are talking about. Tefal were same with an oven. The Rosetta Stone decipherment was easier!

Does what I need it to.

It is massive and very impressive. TV mode good for HOH.
The box it comes in is enormous and weighs a ton - minimally, but well packaged. It takes ages to cut the tape and open, but is easy enough to do.I am really only annoyed that I got just one UK mains lead, as well as two euro ones - adapters easily available but still; I use the type that gives you a large UK plug, rather than shaver adapters.I read all the reviews I could find and I agree this is a really good economy Dolby Atmos bar - in movie mode watching Independence Day in 4K: WOW!Regular TV shows are impressive; especially the DTS 5.1 soundtracks.Even at a low volume, it nearly shakes the room; especially the sub-woofer, even for me (HOH) it adds something.Generally I use it at between 34 and 60 percent volume; any higher and it is deafening even for me.I am HOH (no that does not mean profoundly deaf) so appreciate the TV mode - easier to hear some speech, but I rely on subtitles. In Surround Sound, Movie mode - I rely on subtitles for most dialogue, but the rest of the FX and most of the music are fine, truly atmospheric.Bluetooth mode, music - really good, lyrics meh but the actual music - great.I found the booklet useless, but if you can't work out the basics, shame on you as it's simple enough.I reprogrammed TWO All In One Streamer remotes (£15 each) - work just fine as you CANNOT get a spare ORIGINAL remote for this. Original Remote is nicely straightforward and a good size; but the AIO is bulky and heavy. The Remote is essential, not enough functions are on the bar itself.Other irritation is it almost never remembers the volume setting. It DOES remember bass / treble; both of which work fine in all 3 sound modes unlike some other bars I have known.Overall it is really good and worth the money.Set up HDMI ARC eventually.Unlike others, I have to rest the tv to pcm then auto to get it to work and it will not output tv sound - tuner or streaming - unless I have launched an HDMI channel first. My TV is a pain, but all other HDMI bars I have tried don't have this issue.I have also tried my phone via bluetooth - wow I can hear music again including SOME of the lyrics!Big bar for a small room, but headphones don't cut it any more and I am definitely in love with this device.

Great value for the money
The soundbar has a good sound but the bass management is not so great. Dolby Atmos kinda works you can hear a little over the head which is kinda cool. But when you hear a proper system like the Samsung q930b you under stand why the price and sound is not comparable. For TV I'd rate it a 6.5 out of 10 for movies 7 out of 10 for music 6 out of 10 build quality 7 out of 10.Hope this helps when someone purchasee
