Box (very heavy) contained all the needed parts. It was much easier to assemble than I expected. I did it in about an hour by myself. And I'm an 80-year-old woman. The hardest part was getting the box open; eventually used a big, long, flat screwdriver as a pry bar! I did not add the 5 backing pieces and I have not attached to the wall.

Nice piece - easy to assemble without a second person. I left off the back panels. I'm using it under an office work table for additional storage.

The cube organizer is good for the price. The color and style are nice and exactly as expected, and the measurements were accurate. The backing is fairly cheap, so I chose not to use it and instead placed the organizer directly against the wall, which worked fine. I am only giving it 4 stars because the first organizer I received was missing hardware and shelves. I ordered a replacement instead of returning it, that process was very frustrating. The replacement was shipped through USPS instead of UPS, which added two extra days to the delivery time. They required me to drive post office b/c it was too large to leave in the mail box. Really?!?!?! Next time, I will return the defective item and reorder a new one. Overall, the organizer itself is good quality for the price, but the replacement process needs to be fixed.

When I first purchased this item, I had read the reviews that sometimes it didn't come with hardware. They had said that you just fill out a simple form and they will send it to you in around a week or so. This has been proven extremely false. I will provide a timeline of my experiences with the Ashley company: Mid-October: ordered item. It came without an assembly manual and with no hardware. Serial number is on the assembly manual, which I didn't realize it's also on the box at that time, so I called the help number. I was on hold for 4 hours before I finally gave up. Late October: I talked to someone on the Ashley website's live chat. They took my information and said that they put in a request for the hardware to be mailed to me. Mid November: I still hadn't gotten the hardware after a couple weeks, so I talked to the live chat again. They said that the warehouse was being rearranged or something, and that I should wait another week or so for the order. Early December: I still hadn't gotten the hardware, so I used their online form to put the order in myself. Late December: I still hadn't gotten the hardware, so I sent an email with all the necessary information to the customer assistance. When I got a reply, I was asked to reiterate all the information that I'd already given them again, which felt very insulting after all I'd been through already. I sent them the information again. They then replied that I had an order in the system and that I should expect its delivery late January. Mid-February: It is now mid February. I have still not received the hardware. I'm not sure I want to try anymore. It's beyond the return date, so I can't get my money back. I just wasted $40 on their repeated promises to send me the hardware. At this point they should just send me a refund or a new one. I know they won't. Moral here is, do not buy from them. It's not worth the hassle, and it's a waste of money.

Easy to assemble, took this old man less than 30 minutes. Looks good too, the case not the old man. It had a couple of scratches but markers took care of that.

It was smaller than expected and the pictures make it out to be. Similar to other reviews, there are some rough spots on the finish and the entire thing was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. Once put together it is good and I am happy enough with it.

Note: 1 unit came in a damaged box with missing pieces. They replaced it as soon as I contacted them and I sent back the damaged unit without having to pay postage. I received the new unit in 3 days in excellent condition.

This is how the cube cupboard arrived from delivery. We unfortunately did not assemble the cupboard until past the return date. We had the cupboard delivered to our house as they wouldn’t deliver it to cottage area drop offs. And because of this delayed time frame, we had to pick it up at home and assemble at the cottage. I cannot believe how badly this cupboard is built- paper thin wood grain like a macktack. Terrible- and definitely not what I would expect from Ashley Furniture. Super disappointed!

I bought this for my bedroom. It's on the smaller side, which i wanted, and it looks nice once assembled. I am satisfied with it.
