It is great product. I was skeptical about it in the beginning but having used other well-known audio system such as Sony. This product will not work with outdated audio RCA wires; only optical. Once I set it up more advanced optical wires, the sound that bellowed out clean and clear.

I bought this a few months ago and out of the gate, the sub out stops working after about 10 minutes. I don't know much about home audio and thought it might me my settings or my active sub that I bought at the same time. My sub is a Rockville 10" active sub and the input is supplied by RCA cables via the sub out. I read about setting gain and so on but to no avail. After determining the problem was with the unit, I was past my return time on Amazon. No worries, I'm sure Pyle has a warranty. The factory warranty doesn't include purchases from Amazon. One thing I noticed was I've never heard a fan run. I don't know if it's supposed to all the time or not but I've never heard it. I'll replace this with a better quality product and will always have a bad taste in my mouth about Pyle. I remember my dad had Pyle in the 90's and assumed it was an ok entry level product. I'd recommend staying away from this product and company if you want a warranty past Amazon's return date.

I have been using this receiver for about 6 months or so. It has done everything I bought it for, and then some. The only complaint I have is that every time I turn it and my TV back on, The master volume as well as the volume levels for each channel return back to its default. And this becomes so aggravating. And the option , for example: I tried to just keep it powered on even when my tv was off. And so yes the volume levels remained unchanged, however since the size of the amplified power is very nice, it requires it to have dual cooling fans, Even though they put out practically no sound, they stay running even after the tv and any other inputs are powered off . And I don't think running 24/7 would be all that good for the machine, along with wasted electricity

Out of the box the subwoofer output was defective. Most times it had no sound from the line-level input, but produced a very high level "popping" sound about once every second, even with the volume set to zero which could have damaged the speaker. I contacted Pyle support and got a reply within hours and the support was good. Unfortunately, based on the other reviews I decided to not have a replacement sent and just returned it. Unlike other reviews, I didn't hear fan noise like others. The documentation is very limited and I could find anything on what the LCD display is showing. For some reason its seems the amplifier is designed to have the volume set to about 25% every time the amplifier is powered on.

e-ARC, Optical, HDMI does have issues on some Dolby Digital Sound programs (Makes a Digital Chopping Sound). Bluetooth works excellent, Don't use the HDMI because of this issue. had to buy a HDMI multiple input to a single output. Sound Quality is Excellent. The only other Complaint is Remote only puts unit in wait mode not off and the Fan is too Noisy!
