Q: The instructions say to flush out the excess oil out after 5-10 minutes. Should it be flushed out with water?

No only the excess with a cotton ball that’s how I use it

Q: On the description of the product it says it has onion oil.. on the picture that Ingredient is not listed.. do these eat drops contain onion oil?

The active ingredients list on my bottle does not include onion oil. I got rid of the box, so I’m not sure if there might be more ingredients there, but the following are active ingredients as listed on the bottle: Mullein extract Eucalyptus oil Cinnamomum cassia oil Grape seed oil Garlic oil Lavender oil Strawberry oil Hope this helps!
