Terrible
It is memory foam but it is utterly lacking in any stability. So much so that I'm completely confused by the cute little pocket on the side because that pocket totally disappears as the "support" compresses to about 1/2 and inch of thickness. A cheap bed pillow from the dollar store will be just as comfortable as this thing is. I even had my kid lean against it to see if it would still shrink in so much with someone who weighs less than 100lbs leaning on it and it did.

Lide saver
Originally got this for a week long car drive to florida and back, plus I am pregnant! Soooo this thing made such a difference for my back especially when I was driving. Now I use it for my computer chair

Does exactly what I bought it for
I bought these to use in my car to give a little extra comfort to the seat. I also purchased them to boost me forward just a bit so I don't have to feel too far from the steering wheel while I'm sitting back. I actually really like the product, it does exactly what I need it to do. It's not super soft like a pillow but that's okay because I wanted and needed something a bit firmer for the support. I would repurchase and I would recommend to anyone looking for a little something extra to enhance your seat.

No support, go flat if I set a book on it.
If I could, I'd give support and pain relief both a 0 star if I could. There is absolutely no support to this. Was replacing an old support I had in my vehicle for the last five years, and the OLD ONE HAD MORE SUPPORT. If I was only sitting with it for maybe 5-10 minutes it was "eh, alright", but right around the ten minute mark of using it, my back started to cramp up, and was super uncomfortable. Ended up returning.

Decent, a little stiff.
I bought this originally because I am too short for the office chairs where I work. I needed something behind me so that my legs could fit on the chair comfortably. I use this as an upper/mid back support which works perfectly for fixing my chair problem. My only complaint is that this is really stiff. If you're looking for something that resembles a memory-foam pillow, this is not it. It does work as a back support! I'm glad I purchased it!

No support too soft
I am a home health physical therapist and needed a sturdy lumbar support. This is NOT it. My pillow has more support. I have to roll it to make it kinda work. Would not recommend if you are looking for support.

Ventilated Bamboo Charcoal unfused chair back support.... Good!
This was a gift for my Daughter-in-law. She works in a doctors office and is on the phone a lot. She'd been wanting some sort of pillow for her chair. So I got her this one. She seems to like it a lot. So it's all good!

Comfy if Stationary
I use this at work. It provides great support as long as I don't move around too much. I can't imagine it would work very well in a vehicle.
