Perfect replacment for an evga 7900gs
Bought this to replace a fan that died on a 7900gs back in 2008, that i have had in storage ever since.Perfect fit, works fine, not particularly loud. Looks to be the same exact brand that was originally used on the card based on the sticker. Old one was frosted/clear instead of black, but otherwise identical.

Reasonable replacement -- did have to splice plug
I have a Dell Optiplex that has run for several thousand hours. The stock Dell GPU is an AMD low profile card (RX5-430) and the fan bearings finally gave out. Finding an exact replacement he has taken a little bit. It is roughly a quarter watt, PWM fan, with an outer diameter of 47 mm and three mounting holes on a 39 mm spacing. This fan is a good size replacement, though the blades are a couple millimeters short. The mounting holes line up correctly. And it is a two wire fan. AMD cards often use 3 and 4 wire fans. This was my best choice, but the original card manufacturer used a smaller diameter wire and smaller Molex plug. Like many others, I had to splice the correct plug to the replacement fan. Pictures are attached. Forgive the terrible look. I did not have any shrink wrap tube in that diameter, so I used a little hot glue to protect the splice joints. Attached is a picture of the original fan with the replacement and separately the plug that came on the new fan. I did note that the mounting points on the new fan are not quite as sturdy as the original but in operation it is still quiet and solid. Thumbs up.

Size didn't match description
Received a fan with ATI logo on it and mounting holes at 3/4 inch from the center. Completely unusable for my card. The fan may work fine, but it won't fit on my Nvidia 430X

Not as good as the original, but servicable
I bought this for my GT430 after reading other reviews here that stated it would fit.It does indeed; all three holes mate to holes in the heat sink. There was no fudging involved with the screws.I was disappointed to see that the wiring had no sheath; the stock Cooler Master fan that came on the card has a single sheath protecting both wires. I am slightly concerned that these unprotected wires come in direct contact with the heat sink - but I suppose if the sink gets hot enough to melt the insulation on the wires, I have bigger problems. There is not a centimeter of wire to spare lengthwise. It is a snug fit. Could have been a tad longer.A minor note: the plastic parts of the fan I received are clear plastic, not black as illustrated.Upon installing the fan, I was pleased to note a 20° C drop in GPU temperature.Due to the wiring shortcomings of the fan, I can only rate this product as adequate. If the manufacturer spent a few cents more on parts, this could be a five-star replacement.

Not a direct replacement Buuut!!!
Well this wasn't a direct replacement for my Nvidia card I was however able to make it fit. There was a lot of engineering involved so you will need to be a hands of guy. With that said the fan is operating perfectly and my computer is back up and running. The price and shipping was super!

wrong size connector for my PNY GT 1030
I guess it works, probably. I saw it spin once. It's translucent. Unfortunately the connector on it is a size too big to fit the connector on the card. The kit for replacing the connector is more expensive than the fan. I'm not happy. Thankfully the GT1030 I was trying to put it on manages to run without a fan anyway, but that can't be helping its lifespan.

Excellent Replacement for EVGA GeForce GT730 Fan
The fan on my EVGA GeForce GT730 graphics card (125010-SH2 ZP) started to sound like a jet engine. I searched for a replacement, but everything with that part number was located in China & cost over $20 with several months to ship.I decided to gamble on this ATI nVidia Video Card Fan Replacement. Guess what? It's an exact match!!!This fan is exactly the right size and the holes line up perfectly in my card. The plug fit perfectly and the cord was just the right length. Beside being much quieter, the GPU temperature is 15 degrees C cooler than the old fan.

Fits Radeon 4670/Slight Modification
Fit my radeon 4670 perfectly but had to use the original 2 pin connector for the new fan as the new 2 pin connector on new fan was too tight. Had to spend about ten minutes splicing two wires....no big deal and definitely not a deal breaker. New fan is quiet and running with no issues.
