Simple Quality Design yet Puzzling Assembly
I have an art gallery and I use this to hold art prints. It enables easy flipping through a stack of pieces. It does the job and I’ve received several compliments on how perfect it serves its purpose. I wouldn’t say assembly was difficult... just confusing. It’s actually only 2 pieces that get screwed together at 2 hinges with 4 screws. But the instructions are just pictures (no words) which are in black &white and it makes it almost an optical illusion when you’re trying to figure out how the 2 pieces fit together. Once I figured out how they fit together, I had difficulty holding them steady together with one hand and drilling in the screws with the other. I’d say 2 people aren’t REQUIRED for assembly but an second set of hands would really help! Overall I would definitely recommend! Quality piece for affordable price. In the video I didn’t show the full device but those are 8.5”x11” prints standing up for a size reference of the “pocket section”

easy to assemble and beautiful
This piece was a great addition for my gallery display at events. It was easy to assemble (I just turned on a movie and did it mysef), and looks great! I saw that others have stained it, but right now I'm leaving it alone since the wood looks great. My only complaint is the stickers they use for identifying the parts for assembly. Some stickers are more difficult to get off, while others came off before I started assembling and just taking off the plastic. While another sticker left an imprint of the ink on a piece of wood. Thankfully that imprint is in a spot that people won't see. But overall great purchase that I ended up getting another one for my studio.

All mortise and tendon joints came apart after only one day of use
This is a well designed print rack that is pleasing to look at, and functional for holding prints. However, after only one day of use all of the mortise and tendon joints came apart. It looks like no glue was applied to the joints that are otherwise well fitting. I would not recommend buying this print rack because of poor assembly workmanship.

Horrible instructions, decent product
Decent finished, once assembled - though it rocks badly since the legs are dissimilar in length. But the assembly instructions (yes, it requires assembly) are truly bad. Be prepared to consider returning it, once you try to assemble. Here are the corrections the manufacturer should address: 1. In step 1, the part identified as “H” is really “O” - they are similar in features but different in length. Additionally, “O” says it comeswith hinges installed. It does not, “H” does. 2. In steps 2 and 4, parts “C” and “K” are called for. They are identical in features except in length. The list and images of the parts does nothing to tell you which is longer or shorter. Can you tell us so we don't have to guess and retry?? 3. In steps 3, parts “L” and “M” truly are identical when you hold them closely side by side and inspect. Why do you use different names and make us wonder and try and figure out why “L” is specifically on one side and “M, “ the other. Why not give them both the same name and save us time trying to find a difference that doesn't exist? 4. Also in steps 3. The holes in part “O” requires you guess for orientation. First, it tells you to aim them downward (it’d be nice to tell us which way is “down,”). But what it also does NOT tell you, is that the holes are not centered on the part and the assembly images do not tell you which of two ways that it easily assembles that it should go - and boy does it matter! Inner and outer frames cannot be attached by the hinge if you guess wrong. Unless you’re very patient and have some good mechanical intuition, I’d pass.

Good looking, sturdy stand - highly recommended!
My wife has been doing a lot of paint by number paintings, and this was a nice way to store and display them, giving our living room a nice "art gallery" feel. It's light but very sturdy, and assembly was simple, but I can see where a one-sheet set of instructions could be helpful.

Beautiful but the hinges pop off the screws a little too easily
Tl;Dr -- I used this for the first time at an art show this past weekend and mostly love it, but I wish the hinge hardware were a little sturdier. It was overall perfect for the show itself, creating a perfectly accessible spot for customers to thumb through my art prints; it looked professional, inviting, and charming in my display booth. I was able to assemble it at home, fold it up on top of my supply boxes in my car, and set it up at the show without an issue. However, as I was packing up to go home, I gently folded it back up, but apparently not gently enough: the hinges I had assembled at home had popped off. The screws remained in the wood, but the metal hinge snapped off over the screw heads. I've already been able to flatten them back out and get the screws back in, but I suspect either this hinge's metal will weaken further or the screws/holes will be stripped if it happens again, so I plan to order a few backup hinges. The good news is that the set of hinges that snapped isn't the set that's necessary for the stand to unfold and stand up; it locks into place assembled even without the popped hinges, but it does flop around my car more while flat without the second set of hinges attached. Overall not bad quality for the price; I always bring extra hardware to my art shows anyway, and hinges/screws aren't expensive to stock up on, but I'm definitely going to get heavier-duty hinges than came with the stand once I stock up on my backups. It never hurts to be handy with a set of tools for maintaining your own art display supplies, but I was kind of hoping I'd get more than one use out of it before I had to break those out for repairs.

Great Rack, Smaller than assumed
I am very impressed with the quality of this unit, and functions as required for my wife's art display. My only issue was I didn't pay enough attention to the size of the unit.

Easy to assemble, looks great, sturdy, doesn’t fall over with 20+ prints in it. I love it.

The legs are so narrow on this that I have to support it against another object. The locking base has warped and doesn't sit flat. I may not even use it at future shows. The legs need to go wider in order to support the size of work that the rack fits.
