Will the filter and gasket fit a 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring with a 6 bolt pan?

if you have the NAG1 transmission use B-217 , if you have the 42RLE trans use B-216

I ordered this filter for my 2005 mercedes s430 and it is a different shape then the mercedes one that was in there. is it the right one for my car?
