Bought for my 1979 k10, do your self a favor and buy some epoxie that your mix up, I tried all the rear view mirror glues and non would hold, I got clear epoxie and it’s been on over a year with no issues, mirror works as it should.

Great price and it looks nice in my old Chevy.

Decent mirror, nice and clear. Doesn't come with glue. You'll have to buy that separately. But good for the price.

Quite easy to attach mount to windshield. Allow 24 hrs to cure completely before sliding the mirror down on the mount. The screw should be loosened to allow for the mirror to be slid all the way down for a firm fit. Tighten the screw just tight enough to hold the mirror in place. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN! Done! Enjoy the dimming toggle on the mirror bottom. David R. Casas

This mirror is just ok. It fit perfectly on the factory mount making installation a snap. It looks nearly identical to the original mirror and the day/night setting work just fine. My only issue is that it vibrates quite a lot at highway speeds, far more than the factory mirror. This might have something to do with how lightweight it is. Probably wouldn't recommend or buy again for that reason, but it's not bad enough to replace it.

This is a very nice mirror for the money, this is not a project to do without planning well, because the glue will grab the metal piece once it touches, and there will be "zero movement" to adjust; that will be your surprise moment. The Loctite glue worked as advertised, as did this mirror; my installation when well because of very careful planning. Easy does it each step of the way.

Fit System DN100 Rear View Mirror: I ordered this mirror because my for 1994 Buick Regal/Custom mirror fell off the windshield, and I later lost this mirror's steel attachment plate. The DN100 mirror was almost identical to the Buick mirror, and I was able to use the DN100's steel attachment plate on the Buick mirror. I used a glue-epoxy to reattach my original Buick mirror to the windshield. The Fit System mirror is well made, almost the same weight as the original Buick mirror. Granted the Fit System at this time, but the mirror and ball joint assembly did seem sturdy enough! Later, I was able to find the replacement stand-alone steel attachment plate from Fit System. I re-connected to my DN100, and stored in the garage as a backup. All in all great (Excellent) experience with Fit System, via Amazon. $12 dollars for the Fit System mirror replacement...$5 for the extra Fit System attachment plate. "Mission Accomplished" on the cheap, and now I also have an extra mirror, "just in case". Great product for a great price. Note: When I read the customer reviews before buying the DN100, there was some comment about the view being a little off angle, when the switch is pressed for night headlight glare. I bought the mirror anyway because I could not find the attachment plate replacement at that time, and the DN100 cost way less than the Buick stock mirror replacement. Also, I don't use night time headlight glare setting often anyway...I planned to just readjust the mirror.
