No cramps or nothing, but works well within the timeframe provided on the bottle.

Use more as one is not enough
Capsules work well I just have to take more than one a day to actually have a bowel movement take on a day your going to be home as you have to take it with a lot of water. Found them to take longer to work so to speed up the process you may need to take more than one a day

Not for sensitive stomach
It really does that job in helping you pass. Sadly with me, it causes such painful gas as if I'm giving birth! I only take one with water ans waking up in the middle of the night dying in the bathroom. I would give more starts if the gas wasn't an issue.
