I purchased this machine to see if it would help with my chronic lower back pain. After just a few uses I could definitely tell the difference with much less chronic pain and significantly less discomfort even after exerting my back playing pickleball. I have expanded to use it on my upper shoulders now and it is definitely helping there as well. This shockwave therapy really does work ... at least it does for me! I will probably start using it on my calves next.The machine is easy to set up and very easy to use. I was up-and-running in under 10 minutes. The packaging was excellent and it arrived with no damage. I like that they include a couple of extra bullets and the cleaning brush as it is important to keep the unit clean on a regular basis.I did run into the same issue that some others have experienced with the handle having to be replaced. Lily at Customer Service was extremely helpful. I received the new handle in two days and she proactively followed-up to make sure I received it and that the unit was back to working as expected. So far the new handle has been working perfectly so I think I am past that issue now. Lily was also emphatic in reminding me that the machine comes with a one-year warranty. Hopefully I will not need any further help but it is nice to know this company is so responsive when you need them.Overall I highly recommend this machine. When I did my shopping for a shockwave machine I was impressed by the price/features/performance of this unit along with all the positive reviews from people who had purchased it. I am happy to also be getting good results and am glad I made this purchase.

I purchased this machine after experiencing its use at physical therapy appointments. I was so impressed with its results I wanted one at home for both myself and my husband. We have had it a few weeks and the machine is high quality and just as effective as the one used at my PTs office. We look forward to much use and benefit from this purchase. If interested in this technology, do not hesitate to purchase this device. It arrived quickly, in substantial packaging, and was ready for use in minutes. Other reviews mentioned some initial problems with the hand held portion which was quickly addressed by the supplier. I had no issues at all with my unit.

I have a locked / impinged shoulder and primarily using it for that. This has been quite effective so far. I’m on treatment day 5. Range of motion is improving and less pain. I can sleep through the night for the first time in over a year.The device is easy to use and maintain. Only suggested improvement is to create an attachment to the handle that allows a user to treat hard to reach places ( under scapula). If you have a helper this isn’t needed.Price was $1200 minus a $110 off coupon which was the lowest price by far for a device like this.My main concern is durability/how long it lasts. But given that outpatient treatments are - $200 each it pays for itself pretty fast. I gave it 5 stars.

You can adjust the intensity of treatment to whatever is comfortable for you.It is very good quality and seems to be just as effective as the one in the doctor’s office.So far, I am very happy with it. It will save a lot of money compared to going to the doctor for therapy. I also like that it is not an invasive treatment.

This machine has been a lifesaver! Both my husband and I use it. Him for neuropathy, back pain and restless legs. I use it after knee replacement, frozen shoulder and SI joint pain. It’s worth every penny!!

the machine is a little loud but it works really good! iused to wake up with stiff hands and not being able to pick up a coffee cup unitl i stirred around forabout 5 minutesthen i could make coffee but since using the shockwave machine i can just get up and make coffee! NO STIFF HANDS! my feet hurt alot and after bout two weeks of using it i cna go barefeet and that says alot for me. i have plantar fasitis and that has gotten alot better. i just over all feel better when i use it every other day.

This product seems to be very well made. I'm impressed with the screen choices and the settings make it very nice for your personal preferences. Please read the instruction book it is very easy to understand and you will need to know how to maintain your shockwave unit. It is fairly heavy so you may need to order the cart to go with it. I have had about 10 treatments with it so far and I am really starting to feel a difference. It seems like a very professional grade piece of equipment. If you're on the fence I can only say that I would recommend ordering it.

I've had this unit for 6 months with no problems what so ever. It is well built and performs as well as the $35000 machine that my DO uses. He was charging me $1250 for a course of 6 shock wave treatments for ED. For the same price, I bought this and have been able to use it for additional ED treatments as well as for other body parts. Works very well for tendonitis and trigger points. Worth every penny!
