I love these Atkins Vanilla Shakes. I drink one almost every day.....and have for the past four years. Four years ago I had major dental surgery and for a very long time I had trouble eating. I started drinking these to provide the protein that I needed and to provide nourishment. I can tell you that my blood work showed that these drinks did provide the nutrients that I needed during this time. Even after I could resume eating, I have continued to drink these for breakfast. My favorite thing about these shakes are the taste. I have drank other meal replacement shakes before and they always left an unpleasant aftertaste, but the Atkins shakes do not. My personal favorite flavor is vanilla.

These shakes are great. I don’t like cooking breakfast, so one shake gives me nutrition and minerals. You can’t beat the price for the great taste and only 1gm of sugar. I’m on weight watchers and this product is a perfect fit.

I depend upon this product to help me when I need a boost for my low blood sugar. It tastes wonderful and fills me up without upsetting my stomach. I have tried other protein shakes but in my opinion they don't compare to this brand.

Good nutritional profile. Taste was good. Price great as they were on sale. I may/may not buy again as they are a bit to watery for me. A protein shake should have some texture..hence the word "shake" ..these are more a protein drink. I have a few favorites but tend to rotate a few brands depending on sales. Most have similar macros so it comes down to flavor and texture for me, with texture being my most important. Overall these were decent, fresh(good shelf life), and economical

Purchased the vanilla shakes and I’m very impressed with these flavor and the fact that there is NO aftertaste. I’m not a breakfast person, so I just grab one of these out of the fridge on my way out the door. Only 160 calories per shake, and only 1 net carb, with 15 grams of protien, these shakes hit the spot, taste great and keep me feeling satisfied until lunch time. I’ve even grabbed one for a nighttime snack. They have an extremely smooth consistency, with only 1 gram of sugar. The big 11 ounce size is just enough to feel satisfied. They are definitely a healthier alternative to grabbing other convenient items, like donuts!! Good quality packaging too. Glad I chose this product, will buy again!

Atkins nailed it with this yummy vanilla. I'm already familiar with the shakes, and this is a welcomed addition to my diet plan.
