This teepee is so adorable! I was leaning toward one of more expensive ones because I was worried that this fabric might be a little flimsy and I also wanted a stabilizer for it. But I liked the simple look of this teepee so I took a chance. It is really perfect! The quality and weight of the fabric are excellent and I am so pleased to make a gift of it. The teepee is very easy to set up and the instructions are surprisingly thoughtful and clear. Storage is a breeze - just pick it up and it folds away. I purchased a teepee stabilizer separately (@ $8) and it's not here yet so I can't give feedback. The teepee seems very stable on its own so it might not be necessary. Also, the teepee doesn't come with a mat but I have not heard great things about the other mats anyway and I was happy to buy a furry pink rug and heart pillow for it instead.

Perfect! Great size, used them for an outdoor S'more party and was able to get 2-3 kids per tent. I purchased big dog pillows to go on the ground and everyone was comfortable. They hold up well. They were very easy to set up. They fold up really well for storage. We've already used them again after the party for an indoor movie night. Lightweight, fun, I'm very happy that I bought them. Worth the price.

This teepee is absolutely adorable and has become one of my favorite parts of our baby’s nursery. It was super easy to set up and adds such a cozy, whimsical feel to the room. The fabric is soft but sturdy, and the wooden poles are smooth and well-crafted—no worries about splinters. I filled ours with a soft rug and some stuffed animals, and it’s already become a sweet little reading nook we’ll grow into. It looks amazing in photos too! If you’re creating a magical space for your little one, this teepee is the perfect finishing touch.

Assembled today. Included: poles with plastic connectors, clean sturdy canvas, connective string, string lights. No mat. The description doesn't say (any longer?) that it comes with one, but we were thinking it did based on some of the manufacturer's Q&A answers. I'm not sure it's worth $40 without a floor piece, but things are expensive these days. Some thoughts after assembly: -nothing on the site gave recommended ages. My son just turned two; instruction packet said 3 and up. Although the size is great for him, he is a very active toddler and knocked it down within about 20 minutes because the base is not braced. (He also tried to climb it and then tried to squeeze through the little window, though. He loves it.) We will use the string lights only after they aren't a choking hazard/safety problem. -assembly was so simple. My 2yo son, again, was able to "help" by putting in the pole parts into each connector; we had a really fun time doing it. Took probably 10 minutes or less. No problems with anything tearing; canvas is good and sturdy. Only precaution is that some of the poles were a little rough in small areas and little hands might find splinters; we did not. The poles are almost entirely covered by canvas after assembly and I don't see why this would be a problem after. Very lightweight and could easily be a portable object, going from room to room or even outside. -Love being able to put books or something in the inside pockets. -Since the bottom of the tipi is not braced from pole to pole, it is easy for it to be shifted and be moved when bumped. This might be an advantage for some. For very active children without impulse control, or pets? Not so much. Will try to update review after the tent has reached its final place and we've gotten our child used to not knocking it over. For the record, the animals were very interested in lying down inside too. Recommend looking for a rug or pillow to go inside, which might help it to keep its square shape. Overall, we are happy that we got it and pleased with its condition; just wish that some things had been clearer since we now have to get extra things for it and perhaps wait to use it with our son who might be too young.

This teepee is on the list of toys recommended by Parent Magazine which is how I found it. We bought this as a gift for a 3yr old and a 1 yr. old - They absolutely love it! The teepee itself is made of wonderful canvas - sturdy and real nice. The grommets are of high quality and it is made very well. It's probably best if it sits on a carpet - it slides on a wooden floor. The string of lights are great too. The bon fire is kind of small & doesn't really add much - I would find something better. Once you accessorize it with your own decorations and pillows, etc. it will look real nice. This is a great deal for the money and it made the kids very happy!

My toddler is loving his teepee. It’s very spacious inside, enough space for 2 kids to be in it, there’s a little window that prevents being too hot inside when the curtain is more closed. I find it sturdy (but it also helps I keep it on the carpet probably). The fabric is strong and high quality. Takes about 5-10min to assemble it. The lights are cute and give an extra touch, they are a little cheap and flimsy but so far they’re working great, you need 3 AA batteries for them, and you have to find a way to tie them/hang them yourself (I’m just using regular paper tape to hold mine on the sides). It does not come with a mat.
