I used this test in 2012 and I loved it and it was very accurate I definitely recommend it and it's on the front of the box that there is a lab fee so there's know surprises

Recieved very quickly. I didn't realize that there was $99 that had to be paid till after I received it. Will definitely look at the fine print better next time.
