Used this to cover my raised garden beds, after I got rid of the weeds, and before I was ready to plant my seedlings (about a month). It did a pretty impressive job keeping weeds out, although the ants found it to be a lovely place to live under. Got rid of them (without killing them) with a coffee grounds/baking soda mix, and went on with my day. Definitely did a better job keeping weeds out than my mulch did.

The landscaping fabric arrived when expected. I was pleased with the quality of the material, but because the 160 sq ft was "folded", instead of added to a "roll" it was hard to work with. I'm not sure who would want 3.3' x 50' in a folded format, but I'm not one of them. Actually, I needed more than 1 package and when I ordered the next one, I chose a seller who made the material easier to work with

I have 1 complaint that is not self-inflicted: please provide more lawn staples and brackets! They are much better than the ones I got at Lowes.I love the product but I will STRONGLY advise not to attempt to cut this to size; the material is woven and will immediately begin to fray. I used an old flat iron for hair to melt the edges back in to place because a lighter was curling and shrinking the edges. If you have a long flat melty thing, adjusting the size will be a breeze; I do not have a long flat melty thing so for me, it was not.

My dad helped me build a raised bed for growing vegetables. I had already had great success growing in large wooden boxes but those had a bottom. This one doesn't. I needed this to hopefully deter moles and fire ants. Both are a problem where I live. I've lost beautiful newly planted trees and plants in the past to both. Hopefully, this will help.
