Hi I am in my 40's and I use this. I find its very light (not thick in texture) and doesnt settle in the wrinkles it gives just a light coverage and brightens the area around my eye. I would say its a creamy finish I cant really tell if its shiney or matte!

Q: Can you put moisturizer with spf over this or would that cancel out the tinted-ness of the product?
