My 6yo son loves his Hotwheels. He has tons of cars but only a few pieces of track & loop piece so far. He's been wanting some track stuff & really the ultimate garage. So for this Christmas I planned on getting him some kind of set. Well, Hotwheels knows they got in demand products because the prices charged for what you get is insane.After reviewing many of the options out there & their corresponding prices, I settled on this Fuel Can Stunt Box unit as a starter. Landed it for $26.99 which wasn't too bad for what it is. When my son opened it up he immediately loved it.Upon assembly, everything went smoothly. All the pieces were there. They connected up correctly, & everything worked flawlessly. Overall, this is a very nice unit that actually works. The car launcher works really well, powered by a simple rubber band. Most cars with decent functioning & standard sized wheels will be able to make the climb & 180 turn down into the loop & out the finish. They do this rather fast, which my son also loves. The yellow pieces of the track have higher side rails to keep the cars from flying off. Would be nice if all their track pieces, the orange ones, were designed like that.Naturally, you can connect a myriad of other Hotwheels builds to this unit & vice versa. Eventually I will find some other quality offerings from HWs for my son to do just that. I just wish their prices were a little more reasonably for the cheap plastic all this stuff is made of.If you're in a similar boat as me, you can't go wrong with this Fuel Can Stunt Box. I couldn't have picked a better first set for my son.

The media could not be loaded. This toy is so much fun. My three year old son, loves it! It’s a great introduction to hot wheels race tracks. It was easy to put together, had easy to understand instructions, stores all inside its case! So cool. Great price point too.

it is fun, and easy to put away. it would be nice if you could make it into different tracks but it’s only the one pattern you can do it with. it gets a little repetitive and my toddler gets kinda bored. you have to have specific cars to make it the whole way, if they’re too light, too heavy, etc. they will not make the loop. this makes my toddler very annoyed lol. overall it’s a great toy though, and cute packaging.

My husband wanted to play hot wheels with our girls. This was a great little starter kit for that. My girls love playing cars with the ramps and my husband feels nostalgic playing with an awesome "old' new toy! I'd definitely recommend for the price.It's nice that it collapses back into a case for easy storage and travel.

The product worked as prescribed, my Granson had no problem figuring it out and loved that he could reconfigure the track. delivered on time.

Great value for the money.My two year old grandson loves cars and this was a big hit! He is even able to pull back the starter and play with it by himself. He absolutely loves it. Hot wheels quality never disappoints!

My son and I love this product. We plan to buy more Hot Wheels track sets in the future. My only complaint is the individual track connectors (mine are light blue) are a little "wimpy." One broke after a couple of times of use, though it is still functional, it doesn't hole two pieces of track together very tightly. That piece is common to all Hot Wheels track, so it's easily replaced - at least with other tracks and track sets. It may be available individually, or in packs, I don't know yet. The biggest plus of this toy is the case. We can put it all away, including a bunch of cars (this only comes with one) inside. This is the main reason I selected this toy over other similarly priced alternatives. Don't expect all Hot Wheels cars to work with this toy, which they don't, and Matel points that out in the instructions. The car that came with it works fine, as well as many others from a separate pack of 12 cars. But there are a few that just don't stay on the track out of the launcher. We also got a Matchbox set and it works with Hot Wheels. They use the same connectors, and the cars also work in either set. Same precaution - some cars won't work, but don't let that deter you from making a boy (or his adult father) happy.
