My daughter is 12 and 5’3, around 120 lbs and the small fit her well.

My measurement was 17.5", ordered the greater than 15.5" size. They work well enough, but they are a bit tighter than I had hoped for. As a vet tech, we kneel on the floor a lot, so I wear them at work for 8 or 12 hour shifts, and by about 10 hours in I'm wanting to take them off. I'd still rather wear them than not have them at that point though. Next time I'll be looking into other styles/brands due to the fit.

I bought these a couple weeks ago based on the recommendation of a friend. I use them at least twice a week for jiu jitsu. The padding is perfect and protects my knees so well when landing on them as I drill passes, sweeps, and takedowns. The padding is thick enough I can't feel the floor when on my knees.Will buy again when these ones need to be replaced.

These are my favorite brand of knee pads! I played volleyball for six years and these have lasted me for so long. Enough padding it doesn’t hurt to land on the floor. Comfortable and doesn’t slide around your knee. Definitely keeps your knees from bruising.

Pedi o tamanho M q normalmente serviria na minha filha de 15 anos. Eh a que ela usa inclusive. Comprei nos Estados Unidos. A joelheira veio tão pequena q serviu na minha de 9 anos. Decepção!
