Fits Taurus TCP PT-738 Perfectly
Just received mine yesterday. Not sure why one reviewer says it is so large and needs to be reduced in size to fit the Taurus TCP PT-738. Mine was very snug. The instructions recommended use of a padded vice to hold the gun in order to use both hands to stretch the sleeve over the gun's grip. If I had a padded vice, I would have certainly used it, but I was able to support the gun by placing it slide down (grip up) on a padded surface - and was able to use both hands to get the sleeve on. It was not that difficult. Need to take care though to go slow and move it in small increments so as not to overly stretch it possibly causing it to tear.I may be writing this review prematurely as I have not yet fired the gun with the new sleeve on the grip. If I have any issues at that point, I will update this review. But right now, I love the way this sleeve fits on the grip. Like it is part of the gun. Looks great too. And most importantly, really makes the gun feel secure and comfortable in the hand. Definitely adds the right amount of substance to the grip as well as offering a nice tackiness making the gun feel even more secure in your hand.Obviously a quality made item!***UPDATE***8/03/13***I went to the range a couple of weeks ago using the Pachmayr Grip and had a great time! I never fired my TCP without the grip, so I cannot make a direct comparison in that regard, but I can say that with the tiny size of this handgun and its relatively large kick, I felt that the grip gave me a great deal of control and handling that might have required more effort to accomplish without the grip. Great stuff! Love the way it feels in my hand!

Pachmayr Tactical Grip Glove (Springfield Xd, Xd(M)
quality of product 5 stars, fit 5 stars, i bought this along with another brand of sleeve for my xdm 40. i put the other brands sleeve on first and it was an excellent product, but to big/bulky for me. it made the size of the grip to big for my hands and felt uncomfortable (i have med to lg hands) if my hands were bigger it would have been an awesome grips sleeve. thats why i had ordered 2 different brands of sleeves, so i slid on the pachmayr on with no problems but a little bit of work (which was a good thing i didnt want it to just slide right on, just so it will slide right off). once it was on i put my hands on the pistol and it fit like a glove! i wish i would have bought one of these years ago. it has a very slim profile and fits the grip perfectly so you do not have to cut it or worry about it pushing down the grip safety. i will buy one of these for every firearm i own.

Much More Comfortable
The side of my gun was rough on fingers when shooting more than a couple of rounds. Once I had this on though it was an amazing difference. It fits on the gun nice and snug so I'm not worried about it coming off. It's not loose, so there is no movement when shooting. It's soft and gives my hand a good grip. I'm not sure how other people tore theirs. The one I have seems very durable and as long as you aren't man handling it to put it on then it's fine.

Good for Taurus TCP
I wanted something to help me grip my TCP a little better and this fits the bill very well. On my other guns I use traction grips but since the TCP is so thin and small I wanted to try the pachmayr. It slips right on and really adds a lot of traction and comfort to shooting the TCP. It's no big deal to put 100 rounds down range with no discomfort using this grip. While it fits the TCP well it could be a little more sung. After about 35-50 rounds you have to inch the grip back up a hare as it slips down a little and will interfere with the magazine, and keep it from seating. It's not a deal breaker by any means but worth being aware of. Overall I'm very happy with this. It doesn't seem to be affected with oil from my hands and I would recommend it highly.

I had a Hogue, I think this is better ...
I use this on my Taurus TCP. I had a Hogue which was good but you had to really cut it to make it fit correctly and not cover the mag release or the mag itself and it would twist after about 25 rds of shooting. This one is a lot stretchier, easier to put it but for some reason, it doesn't twist after shooting a lot of rds. It is also squishier than the Hogue. It Makes it easier to hold the gun because of the palm swells on each side and somewhat cushions the recoil in the back. I figured I would just use it for range sessions and leave it off when carrying but the extra width really isn't noticeable in my wallet holster. I got a set of those adhesive talons that do make it easier to grip but did nothing to cushion the recoil. I put this on OVER the talons and it works great. Maybe that's why it doesn't twist, I don't know.I guess my only real complaint is like another reviewer said, it is a little TOO squishy and pliable and can tend to try to roll back on itself if you grap it quickly, nothing I can't live with though.

Works For Me ...
Bought for an LCP Max, which I found a bit difficult to properly grip this tiny pistol. Was considering a Hogue full sleeve, which had mixed reviews for this particular application, when I read a review about this Pachmayr on a forum. This half-sized sleeve is PERFECT for my mitt when handling this pistol. It seems to fit perfectly placed in my palm and is all that I needed to improve the grasp. No issue for the conceal holster. Inexpensive and effective solution.

The durability leaves something to be desired.
This grip has been on my LCP for about a year now. Its not my primary carry gun, but I carry it often in the summer. I really like the way the grip fills my hand out and makes me feel like I have more control of the firearm. I can't see any difference in my groups, but I have increased confidence wih the grip installed. However, this is my third grip and they have all failed the same way: tearing on the side that faces the outside of my pocket. I believe this to be caused by my pocket carry method and the continual friction caused while walking. I think the design is well executed, but the durability makes it unusable. I'll have to search for a different solution as I have lost confidence in the product, which undermines the whole reason I was utilizing it in the first place. Its worth noting that I had my first grip partially covering the reverse side of the magazine release, which I think sped up the tearing process.
