No, wouldn't work for that. It's best suited for wearables, like making shirts light up and stuff. It wouldn't be able to handle anything over a few volts without burning up I wouldn't think.

Q: Will this be good for making tech gloves? I'm looking to be able to use any touch screen while wearing winter gloves?

Yes, should work. I have tested it for a grounding application.
