is this the version of NO maltodextrin added?

YES!!! Today is May 31, 2018! I looked at the label here on Amazon and it says NONE next to Other Ingredients! I also noticed it says SURE Stevia not PURE Stevia as my last bottle did! I noticed the same thing as other customers did, that of late, it didn't taste the same & took more to make it sweeter! Sure enough, I looked at my bottle & it has Maltodextrin next to Other Ingredients! I went online to kalvitamins.com and saw a contact number and called! I was told by a product specialist that the bottles that say SURE Stevia DO NOT have Maltodextrin in it! Notice on the product page, it does say #1 in new releases for stevia sugar substitutes!!

I buy this all the time. My recent bottle tastes wretched, almost toxic. Anyone else with a recent purchase have this experience?

What to do? Previous bottle was Kal “PURE” Stevia this bottle Kal “SURE” Stevia. Not the same. After reviewing statements made by others I stop using this product and will try contact Amazon to get a refund. The questions remain, what is in the bottle of “SURE” Stevia and now that others have noticed the same problems with product not going into solution in hot coffee and tea with a bitter taste what will amazon do to assist those who may have a unhealthily reaction to what seems to be a generic product.

does this have maltodextrin in it

Back when these answers came in (2014-2015), it absolutely did, I still have a bottle. The stuff I purchased starting early last year no longer has Maltodextrin. The current suppliers should clarify this for everybody.

Does it work well for baking?

I'm not sure how easy the conversion would be, and it might mess up the volume, as the teaspoon equivalent size is something like 1/32 of a tsp. However, it dissolves fantastically well, even in cold liquid, so if you could work it out, I think it would bake great.
