good quality, just what I was looking for

Great fit, I train Kickboxing/Miu Thai and they are amazing. Even when sparring a little rougher than usual they hold up and don't restrict my movement.

My thigh is 19 1/2 inches at the knee and 27 1/2 inches at the crotch. The extra large kneepads tore at the seams, the moment I tried to pull them up my leg. Not appropriate durability for martial arts gear.

This is the best knee protection I’ve found for Muay Thai sparring. As a 6’8” man, my shin guards don’t come close to my knees, so I had to have these for protection. The padding is great and I’ve taken several kicks to them that I never felt the impact of.The slight cons are the fit and materials. If you have large calves, these are a no-go, even the largest size. If you are an American man over 200 lbs, it may be a struggle to get these on. I’m 220lbs and they barely fit me. The second con is that the black material surrounding the knee pad can tear if you pull it while putting on the knee pads. When putting these on or off, you must pull by the solid knee pad cup, or the black material will tear. If you don’t have large calves and can put these on the right way, you won’t find better knee pads for sparring.

Enough padding to withstand a hard fall

They are ripping badly at the seams on both of them. Not very good quality. Ripping started just after the two month warranty too 😐. Recommend getting a different brand
