Cole Haan Women's Back Bow Packable Hooded Rain Jacket

I first purchased in eggplant in a 2x, but then exchanged for black in a 1x which I'm keeping. I am a size 18, 45-39-50, normally would wear a 1x in quality clothing. The eggplant color is a bit shimmery - it is very beautiful - color resembles red wine. The size/fit is very good. Roomy enough for sweater underneath. I am 5'5", and this jacket hits just above/basically at the knee. The sleeves are a bit long, too, but the cuff can be turned up in half and looks good like that. I love the tie in the back - it adjusts the fit, and it looks very cute. Overall very well made - quality craftsmanship. Only thing it's missing is a lining, but that's not really necessary in a lightweight jacket. I wore it twice last week in 45-50 degree weather with light rain and not using an umbrella - it kept me dry!

I purchased this item in an XS and S. It is a beautiful rain jacket and is well-made. I believe the jacket fits true to size, but it is tailored in the arm/shoulder causing a slight snugness on the top/upper arm when arms are held up. Sizing up did not take care of this, so if it would be bothersome, this jacket might not be for you. Most of the size difference is in the body and length (check measurements below). The S was a bit baggy under the arms and generally too loose on me; because the arms have the same type of fit,and feel, I will keep the XS which I can still wear a sweater with if necessary. I'm 5'5" and this comes a couple of inches above my knee which I think is a great length for a rainy day. I love that this rain jacket is packable. Love this rain jacket! I didn't write down the arm opening measurement (where the sleeve attaches to the shoulder), but the S was only a half inch bigger. Approx. measurements for XS are: chest 35, length 33, arm length, 24, shoulders 16. Approx. measurements for S are: chest 36, length 34, arm length 24.5, shoulders 16.25.

I like that this packs into its pouch easily and is pretty nice-looking. Was a little baffled that the pouch is attached, but that will keep me from losing it and it fits easily into the sleeve. I supposed I can just cut it off if I want to detach it. I liked the longer length, although see that that could be a challenge for shorter women. The navy is more of a french navy rather than true navy (which is almost black) and I find it to be a good color. I wanted a thin fabric for humid days and like that it has a hood. It took me a long time to find the right packable anorak, but I think this is it. I thought it was true to size, but I do have narrow shoulders. Probably won't keep me totally dry in a downpour, but good for those misty New Englad days or a light rain.

I’ve needed a nice raincoat for a while and when I saw this I just loved it. I love it just as much in person. The color is true to the picture and it fits. The coat runs small. I’m normally a medium and I sized up to a large. The coat is tight in the shoulders and I have fairly broad shoulders.

I bought this a size larger so I could wear sweaters under it as it is a lightweight packable. Also, I had tried on my friend's size large and it was not as big on me as I had expected. Thank goodness I bought the M. Sleeves are too long, but otherwise it fits my 5'1", 120lb body fairly well. The hips are tight- it is a straight fit. I am not large in the hips and have never, ever had a coat tight around the hips before. I definitely could not wear this with a heavy sweater. It is only tight at one snap, so maybe this particular coat is cut wrong? I did wear it yesterday in the light rain and it was great. Then it started pouring and somehow, I was wet wearing a raincoat. I have not decided if I am going to keep it.

Ordered this thigh length, packable rain jacket in a S in color Mist, a pale lavender. Lovely color, quality and style. Made in Vietnam, so no toxic odor. Price paid $74.60. Unfortunately it was too tight, not allowing for anything but a Tee shirt underneath. No EASE. So sadly returned it. Even more unfortunate is that the price of the size M in pale lavender is $163, the only color and size with such a price increase. What’s going on with that, Amazon?

I think I was sold a fake Cole Hahn packable rain jacket. I tried it on when I got it in the spring. It is super cute on and fits well, little long in sleeves, but I'm 5'4", so most things are long in sleeve. However, never had a chance to wear it until fall. Wore when it when it was just misting out (Not RAINING), I was soaked all the way through just walking around the block (10 minutes at most). Wish I could return and get the real one I am reading about in the reviews. It is the exact color, style and packability jacket I need for travel but it needs to be waterproof. This is not even water resistant.

I ordered 2 coats. One black and one blue, and i got 2 black. One of them was very nearly packed and had a small pouch/ bag to fold it in, the other one was poorly folded and didn’t come with the small bag. Regardless of packaging, its a really nice rain coat!

I've had a hard time finding an attractive rain coat at a reasonable price (even more expensive ones seemed too boxy). This is a nice feminine shape but be warned that it is quite fitted and narrow, so if you're short and want to size up for a more roomy torso area, then the sleeves and body length may seem a little long. I am 5'2, 120 lbs. The XS fits nice with nothing underneath but with a heavier sweater I would consider a Small. I bought this in Small for my Mom who is the same height but a little wider in the hips and it was a little snug, but works with a thinner shirt underneath. The rose colour I bought is even more beautiful than I expected - slightly luminescent, and the sewing quality and details are so nice. Note that this is not a jacket for warmth, you'll want to wear a sweater underneath if needed, It's perfect however to protect you from rain and wind.

Me gustó, mido 160 y peso 55 kg pedi talla CH y queda bien, podria usar un sueter delgadito abajo, queda justo arriba de las rodillas, el color esta hermoso. PS aun no llueve

Love this rain jacket! Can dress up to wear on a night out. Wear with layers in cool weather, or over a T-shirt in summer.

Versatile, waterprrof jacket that looks great. My wife has 3 of these and they are all great.
