I don’t usually leave reviews, but I couldn’t stay quiet about how much I love the Nintendo Switch OLED. Buying it was genuinely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The OLED screen is a game-changer. The colors are richer, the contrast is sharper, and everything just looks so much more alive compared to the standard model. Whether I’m playing action-packed AAA titles or relaxing with casual games, the visuals are always stunning. The build quality feels premium, and the adjustable kickstand is a huge improvement. I’ve used it at home, during travel, and even at cafés—it just fits into every situation so smoothly. The sound quality is also surprisingly good for a handheld device. I’ve spent hours exploring beautiful game worlds, competing with friends, and even just unwinding after long days. It’s fun, flexible, and incredibly well-made. If you’re thinking about getting a Nintendo Switch OLED—go for it. It’s an investment in countless hours of pure enjoyment.

The box was opened and resealed but the console was in good condition. Always wanted a Nintendo switch... Works perfect.

It's a great gaming handheld. The gaming experience is also great with options to connect to a TV. Battery life is commendable.

High price value for money is questionable

It is a great purchase, came with all accessories as promised. Loved the console and everything came with it. Typically consoles come with game or atleast some free one's. But it had none ( hence reduced one star ). I could register and get some free games through, they are not so great. I purchased few games by Nintendo and they are superb. Games by nintedo are little expensive (5k each ) but worth the money. We play it as family game, daughter and myself or i play with my wife. It is awesome when played on big tv screen. Multi player controls work great as well.

I’m a 40 something woman who thought gaming consoles was for teenagers only. Gotta admit, it’s for everyone! This is my first console and maybe I have a bias for Nintendo having grown up playing those handheld video games in the 90s. So the nostalgia factor was what drew me to it. That and the portability. I don’t play very high graphics or action oriented games, mostly relaxed, strategy or storytelling based games. So it’s ideal! I mostly love how it can be portable when you need it to be, which was missing in other consoles I was exploring. The OLED screen makes colours so bright and vivid! Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re too old for a console. In fact, having a console is so much better than straining your eyes and back while playing on the phone!

Even though it has old processors still is really worth it as there isn’t anything good compared to switch. Collection of games on switch are enormous and some are really good like mario odyssey. And you will have to buy switch online membership to play old nes games and online with your friends like in minecraft so an extra spending there. You cannot buy games in india as switch isn’t officially launched in india so set your country to The Americas or any you like and remember to set your Nintendo account region same also for eshop to work. Best set it to US as you can get eshop prepaid cards to buy games on eshop or lucky if your bank card supports international payments. It has no warranty in india as it gets imported here so check the contents inside box and see the date of import. I ordered from gamesstore and I received console within two days so a fast delivery. Product was well packaged and brand new. Happy with my purchase. Also remember switch doesn’t connect to 5ghz wifi band on some routers so set routers wifi channel below 150 and it will then show 5ghz band. And if you plan to connect switch to laptop then you will need a game capture card and you can then view switch screen on laptop.

As per the title, this device is by far the best handheld out there. Others are more powerful but they lack in quality games that are optimized, absolutely beast battery life, easily switchable controllers, downloading/updating games while on sleep etc. ... I can go on .. I have both steam deck and rog ally, but this is the handheld I always come back to

The built-in speakers are better than I expected, too—clear and loud enough for handheld play Out of the box, the 64 GB of internal storage feels modest, but adding a microSD card was painless. Now I can keep every title I want downloaded without juggling files. Digital purchases are super convenient (physical cartridge prices do vary by region, so going digital might be the smarter choice) My unit arrived faster than expected, but it wasn’t the UAE model I ordered—it was the HKG (Hong Kong) version. The box had no factory-seal tab, a bit of dust inside, and extra packing material, so it looked like someone had opened it before. Still, everything was intact, perfectly wrapped, and the console works flawlessly All in all, the Switch OLED is a stellar upgrade and worth every penny. Just double-check your seller’s region and inspect the packaging when it arrives to avoid any surprises—then you’ll be diving into brilliant, portable gaming in no time. Five stars!

The Switch has a really nice variety of immersive single player games like Pokemon and Breath of the Wild, and also fun, easy-to-pick-up multiplayer games like Mario Party and Clubhouse Games 51. I find this versatility of the console a valuable aspect, as it often allows me to have a great time playing games with friends who don’t even particularly like games, while still having great solo experiences. The eShop has some nice digital exclusives that are worth looking into, and also the occasional sale. Device feels nice to hold in hand and the OLED screen really brings out the beautiful colors of the games. The wider flip stand on the back of the OLED Switch also provides much better stability over the older, narrow one. Amiibo compatibility is a nice thing, though it isn’t frequently talked about. Their functions vary from game to game and from franchise to franchise, but they are essentially figurines that have bonuses in certain games, such as giving exclusive cosmetic items or game boosters. It’s a nice little feature that elevates your gaming experience. (It was able to read my 3DS-era Amiibo so I think it’s also backwards compatible). If possible, though, get the Pro Switch Controller along with this Switch as the flatness of the joy-cons can make holding the device for extended periods a big strain on the hands. A worthwhile purchase in general!

There’s also an excellent selection of games available, from big-name titles to charming indie favourites, so there’s always something new to dive into. The only issue I encountered was when I took it to a shop to trade in. They initially told me it was a foreign machine, which was quite worrying. It turned out the console itself was actually an English model — only the box was foreign. A small hiccup, but worth knowing in case anyone else has the same experience. Overall, it’s a fantastic console with a stunning display and great library of games. Just double-check the packaging if you’re buying or trading in!
