Work well though lid falls off easily on some. I put a little tape on one side for extra support. Students found them useful and liked them in our classroom.

Don't buy these. I am a middle school teacher and need a lot of pencil sharpeners for my students. These are cheap and break the pencil when you try to sharpen it. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Let me tell you how much I love this sharpener. One of the students in my class loaned me their handheld sharpener after my heavy-duty electric one stopped working. It sharpened so well even pencils I had put to the side because the electric sharpener could never bring them to a point. When it came time to return the sharpener to my student and I didn't want to I knew I had a problem so I wrote down the brand and ran to order a couple off Amazon. Still my favorite handheld sharpener 3 months later.

These sharpeners are very sharp and great for colored pencils. Mom watches all the grandkids throughout the week and always needs more art supplies, so these come in very handy!

Broken and cheaply made

Not a good sharpener. Most of my pencils were broken by this sharpener. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

These sharpeners are pretty good! They sharpen well. Sometimes the lids break but that is because of the quality of pencils. I recommend these!
