Works well . The RC portion takes a while to perfect.The included cart is poorly made

I'm increasing my review from one star to 3 stars.Water motor stopped working inside of 6 months from purchase. After two RMA to the manufacture the machine works. I am disappointed in the way the service facility handled my expensive machine though. They returned the product to me minimally wrapped which caused the handle connection to break and also caused the small piece of plastic to break from the filter bag piece.Overall I think it's below average, especially for the price.

This review is for the Aquabot Turbo T4RC Plus Robotic Swimming Pool CleanerMotor went out after six months. Constant run around from customer service even though they acknowledged it was under warranty.Then they just stopped responding to my request for repair or replacement.

BUYER BEWARE! - cleans pool well BUT - has steel bolt heads on the side which RIPPED our $4000.00 pool liner while “cleaning” the stairs! The remote never worked very well & the cord shorted out after 1 year (cord shorted out on my Aquabot breeze as well) this is due to the flotation wrap on the power cord - which on the turbo T4 tangles constantly & which can also be sucked into the cleaner when it is vertical on the sides - these are hardly a “set & forget” pool cleaner - they need to be monitored so as not to destroy themselves or your pool liner!
