Good product, slightly annoying sweaking noise from the handle grips drops the rating from 5 to 4. To stop the noise, put some lubricant like Vaseline or coconut oil on the grips and it should stop the noise!

Came with a knee pad so that was nice. You construct it yourself but I have never had any issue with it afterwards, very sturdy and reliable. Works out the abs very well. Try doing a plank while extended with it.

This is a basic abs roller; does the job without breaking the bank. By basic I mean quality is not great; easy to construct and only time will tell how long it will last. Good product advert, though would not have paid the original claimed price.

Two wheels are better than one. For the price it's very good value for money. However the grips that hold the wheels central are in contact with the wheels and friction will wear eventually but a dab of Vaseline smeared on the wheels (where the grip makes contact) before the grips are slid on will prevent this.

I bought this to help me get fit in my own home in my own time. It’s very easy to use and effective. I can see a definite change. Only downfall is I do slip around sometimes.

El pack del rodillo + soportes para flexiones + cuerda para saltar me ha parecido excelente. El rodillo de doble rueda es muy estable para quién comienza con este tipo de ejercicios y permite trabajar bien los abdominales con seguridad. Poder cambiar de dos ruedas a una permite añadir dificultad al ejercicio una vez se domina la técnica. La alfombrilla que trae para apoyar las rodillas es sencilla pero permite apoyar las rodillas para ejercitarse sin molestias. Además, trae extras muy útiles como la cuerda para saltar y los soportes para flexiones, lo que hace que sea un kit bastante completo para entrenar en casa. Los materiales se ven resistentes y duraderos. Muy buena relación calidad-precio, totalmente recomendable.

Dieses Trainingsgerät ist ein Klassiker und sollte in keinem Sortiment fehlen. Der Zusammenbau geht sehr schnell von der Hand, das Produkt selbst ist leicht aber äußerst stabil. Ich wiege etwa 95kg und kann gut damit trainieren. Für Anfänger können die Rollen etwas weiter außeinander aufgesteckt werden damit mehr Kraft in die Bewegung als auf das balancieren aufgewendet werden kann. Steckt man die Rollen näher zusammen trainiert man seine Muskeln noch ein wenig mehr weil man auch die Balance halten muss. Alles in allem eine günstige Möglichkeit viele Muskeln zuhause zu trainieren. Dem Produkt ist außerdem eine kleine Matte für die Knie beigelegt welche sehr weich und angenehm ist. Eine Gebrauchsanweisung mit wertvollen Tipps liegt auch bei. Nachtrag: Haben uns noch ein zweites bestellt.
