The set is missing the bishop piece and gave an extra rook piece on the black side, is it possible to send me an individual bishop piece?

Wish the board was bigger, but it is functional and decorative.

The reviews suggested a level of quality in materials and craftsmanship that I don't see. It is a cheap mass produced from India item. The pieces are light and not full metal. The board is just particle wood and glue with some felt. I would expect this to be more of the 25$ range.

This arrived quickly very well packaged, and looks nice set up. The pieces are light weight but comfortable. Sufficient size for casual games.

The board did not come with any pieces. I tried to call the manufacturer but it’s an invalid phone number. I ordered a replacement. If the replacement comes with the pieces, I will update review

Smaller than expected. My fault should have read it carefully. But it is nice

If you look closely, there are some very minor fit-and-finish flaws on the mitered corners and edges of the board, but overall the set is well made. For $70 the set is a good value, although you don't get spare queens. I was a little concerned that there wouldn't be enough contrast between white and black pieces, but it's fine.My only complaint is that the set is absurdly overpackaged: the pieces come in four boxes, each of which comes in a plastic sleeve, and each individual piece comes in its own plastic bag! The amount of paper and plastic waste that this set generates is astonishing.
