I use this regularly at the suggestion of my naturopath doctor. clears up skin immediately
an acupuncturist recommended these to me years ago... and I was happy to see them available on amazon. These have helped me immensely with hormone-related adult breakouts. When I take these regularly, my skin does not break out. My only complaint is that they are pretty darn expensive. Worth it for me.
