If i want to edit buttons on the mouse where do i download the software?

The only extra buttons are the back and forward by the thumb. The others are standard left, right and wheel. Searching for the manual and software, there is nothing to download beyond the standard drivers.

How do the clicks sound? Sharp, soft, silent?

Fairly muted click, clicks when depressed and again when released. Odd sort of question, but I'd describe it as soft if I was to select out of your provided options.
