Very happy with this. I drink a lot of tea but don't love super hot beverages. Depending on the tea I drink the water starts at as little as 140F or as high as 185F. I drink the cooler tea right away but when steeping at 170+ I let the tea cool to a temp I can drink it at.This mug keeps the tea way too hot for a very long time, which is fine if I'm not going to be drinking it right away, but if I want to drink it soon I can't put the lid on it.The advantage is I can enjoy the fragrance of the tea while it cools. I usually take a few minutes to relax, blow on the surface of the tea, and breath in the fragrance of the tea as it cools. Once it hits a good temp I pop the lid on. The tea stays very warm but at a drinkable temp for a good long while, so I can enjoy my tea for longer.It's a win, win.

Very sturdy, I use for coffee and it keeps it warm very well. I also like that if remove the lid and drink from the cup, it has a nice lip. Gave it 4 star because I'm not in love with the lid. This is a commonly used lid (I also bought a Mossy Oak cup from wall mart, same lid style.) it will leak, and if you put in in a cup holder say, in a backpack, it is easy to bump and accidentally slide open, spilling your drink. Pretty much good for desk top or in car use only, not when walking about. Also good if you like drinking with a straw. You have to pop it apart to clean properly, which I imagine will eventually wear down and break.

I really like this tumbler, it keeps both hot and cold beverages for several hours. The top on this tumbler is way better than any of the others I have seen, including the high-priced aftermarket tops. I deducted 2 stars because it is listed as a 20oz tumbler but holds only 16oz. I sure wish it actually held 20oz. it would get 5 stars for sure.

Absolutely wonderful for the price!!! The 20oz. fits perfectly snug under my basic Keuring with the drip tray removed. I use it nearly everyday to keep my coffee hot while I'm driving all my kids to school. I actually have to keep the lid open while driving to "cool" it down just barely enough to sip it. Otherwise it'll burn my mouth & I can't drink any until I arrive home. With 4 kids, I definitely look forward to my necessary morning coffee!I considered giving it 4 stars because the sliding closure on the lid is plastic & isn't leak proof, but the product description doesn't state that it is so that's on me. I'm just grateful it HAS a closure at all, other brands were open & just waiting for spills to happen.

The 20oz tumbler holds 16oz with the lid on; the only way to fit 20oz is if you remove the lid and fill it to the brim. Also I don't like the lid design because there's no lip that extends up from the edge. The flat lid leaves no room for your nose and dribbles from the edge. It does insulate well and looks good but I still prefer my old beat up mug that doesn't have these problems. Fix the lid and call the sizes as they are and you'll have a great product.

The tumbler is working out well, keeps coffe hot for many hours. My only concerning is the continuos removing of the lid cover may eventually break the clips, but everything looks okay so far. As a note, the ability to remove the sliding cover on the lid is a bonus for easy cleaning.

I chose this particular cup because the lid comes with a sliding tab to cover the drinking hole. While it doesn't do much in spill-protection, it's nice to close the hole for when it's in the car's cupholder to prevent splashing over bumps. The stamped logo, thin seam, and thoughtful packaging screams style and quality. I put coffee in it the first day I got it, but before I had the chance to drink it, I was pulled away for something. I came back to the coffee about 3 hours later and it was still as hot as when I poured it! Now I can leisurely sip my coffee without worrying about it cooling down too fast! I was slightly disappointed that the instructions said it should not be placed in the dishwasher. I ran it on the top rack in the dishwasher anyways and it came out fine with no compromises in thermal loss. Your mileage may vary, but I feel like the heated dry cycle is what kills non-dishwasher safe items and I usually have heated dry turned off and opt to air dry instead. I do recommend putting a ceramic coffee mug on top of the lid in the dishwasher to prevent it from flying around and lodging itself in the washer arm (maybe that's what they mean by not dishwasher safe: it may damage the dishwasher!). Overall, this is a quality cup and definitely a good value!

I received this tumbler today and the first thing I did was pour a cold half liter (16.9oz) bottle of water into it and guess what? There was no more room to add ice or more liquid. I put the lid on and it stayed cold. But it's NOT 20 ounces as advertised!

I lost my Swell bottle and didn't really want to spend $50 on another one. This is the perfect solution. The hot/cold retention works perfectly. The container is vacuum sealed and there's a mechanism that you can slide open or shut over the sipper.The lid is pretty well secured, so no spills as of yet,Great quality, solid build... loving this for my coffee and water during the day!

Nice mug but the lid is garbage. Arrived broken so the slider in the lid is loose and falls off with ease. Now I have to spend Money on another lid
