Pills are fairly large but I have found them easy to swallow. No nasty aftertaste and they have definitely worked for me based on my lab results. After trying just about everything to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides, including diet and exercise, these are the only thing I've found that has actually helped. Will definitely keep using them.

I've been using this product for several years. My eye doctor told me I needed to add fish oil to my daily suppliment list for my dry eyes.
