Must buy! It’s is super convenient and refreshing, especially after my workout. This flavor has 20g of protein and taste more like a sports drink than a traditional protein shake. There’s a slight chalky taste but it’s still delicious and very easy to drink. I love having this after my Orangetheory workouts. It’s refreshing, replenishing, and helps me hit my protein goals without feeling bloated and full. If you want a lighter, clear protein option, this is definitely worth trying!

im on dialysis cause my kidneys hate me lol and im only 32, everytime they do bloodwork they tell me my protein levels are lower than last time orr just haven't changed and are still low. but because I also have to watch my potassium and phosphate intake as well the milky/dairy protein shakes aren't really good for me. ive tried premier protein, ensure, muscle milk, and none of them helped. I just received my orders for this product, this my 2nd one from you, I got the strawberry watermelon and the mixed berry flavors, and so far the mixed berry one is my favorite 😍 it looks like Gatorade or powered but its sooooo much better! my dietician at the dialysis center seen the bottle and said its perfect for my situation, so I definitely plan to keep on buying! hoping you'll eventually come up with some more flavors, so I can try those too, maybe just a plain watermelon would be good, but yeah anyways I just had to leave a review cause I have strong hopes this will help with my protein levels when they do my bloodwork next time. and p.s im NOT getting paid or anything to say this, I mean every single word I typed, so if u need more protein in your life, give these drinks a try! theyre also not tooo expensive, but it dont cost a little bit to be healthy unfortunately 😔 good luck to everyone who's in the same boat as me!!!

Love the taste but the after it's kinda like a chalk taste but still a good drink to workout with

The strawberry watermelon flavor tastes good and the texture is like normal water, not thick. It gets a bit sweet for me but I just poor in my cup over ice and add water. Also try adding a True Lemon packet for even better taste.

This is easy to drink and the flavor is good. It’s really like drinking favored water but with the added protein. I do wish it was 30 grams of protein! It was also perfect for preparing for a colonoscopy when clear liquids are needed. (I know that’s tmi but we all get one at least once in our life)!

The slightly syrupy feel made it hard for me to enjoy, and I found myself focusing more on the texture than the flavor. Flavor-wise, it was decent and not overly chalky, which is a plus compared to many protein drinks. It also didn’t leave a strong aftertaste, and I appreciate that it combines hydration and protein in one bottle. Overall, I think this product could work well for someone who doesn’t mind a thicker beverage and wants a convenient protein + electrolyte option. Unfortunately, the texture was a definite no for me. It’s not a bad product—it just didn’t match my personal preference.

I like that there's another option for protein supplements besides bars and shakes. This helps me meet my water intake and protein intake for the day. These are also lighter than shakes so I don't feel as full afterward. The flavor is good (strawberry watermelon is my favorite so far) but the texture is weird and it leaves a weird film in your mouth afterward. It also sort of tastes like milk but not really fully like a glass of milk or a regular whey shake. They're good quality and have always shipped well. Overall I like them and prefer them over whey shakes though so I'll keep buying them and trying other flavors.
