Does my laptop require to have the usb type c outlet? I only have the basic usb outlet

The mouse comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging. The box includes an adapter as well, in case you cannot plug the wireless dongle directly into a USB-C port.

my left click button moves side to side is it normal?

Yes, mine does the same thing. The right does as well, just to a lesser degree.

It connects either through a supplied dongle or bluetooth.
