It works great!!! Exceptionally well!!!
Now this is an AC worth putting in granted it's noise level was high granted it's heavy very heavy and big but it also works very very well I've got a room that's about 420 ft no problem at all. We even found one of the windows was partially open in the summer and still cool exceptionally well.Well now it has been about 2 months. Still working great!!!No problems at all. Love it!!!

Have 4, running 3 12K units. See review for power usage.
As stated, I have 4 of the 12K units. One is in my house, two in a rental, and one is a backup unit.Before I go any further, if you are trying to figure out power usage for a backup generator, or just so you know, DO NOT BELIEVE THE TABLES that are on the internet, as 99% of them are WRONG. Look at your specific units spec sheet and see what the amp draw is. The 12K unit is 9.72 amps, so the smaller units would draw less power (Duh). 9.72 amps X 110 volts= 1,069 Watts. NOT the 3k to 7k watts you will find on most of the tables that show power usage for 12K (or whatever size you have) AC's. I just had to get that out of my system. The unit IS a little loud, but cools better than ANY 12K unit I have EVER had. The push pad control panel is hard to read, but it becoming typical on most units. The filter is easy to clean, and a light will tell you when to clean it. I have been running the unit in my house for two seasons now, with ZERO problems with summer temps in my Arizona town averaging 110 EVERY DAY for 4 to 5 months out of the year.

Hard to Install and Heavy!
Bottom of unit is not flat or nearly so. It has tabs/protrusions on the underside that mean the weight of the unit rests on the tabs not the window frame/sill. Move it forward, the unit flange does not meet window, move it back and the flange is under the window frame.I understand the bottom being angled for condensation drainage but the tabs are 3/8" out from the bottom panel. We have constructed a work around but it was a hassle.

It's very loud....
Not happy with this commercial cool window air conditioner, it's very loud. Not worth the money. I justed installed it, so I'll give another review in one month.
