ACE ARMOR SHIELD Premium Screen Protectors for the Fitbit Charge 6 and Charge 5 (CHARGE 6 / CHARGE 5)

I wish I had searched for Fitbit screen protectors sooner! This was easy to put on and it fits perfectly. I was worried it might hurt the touch sensitivity, but it doesn't. Highly recommend this.

I was very intimidated by ALL the screen protectors I cruised through and read reviews on for my Charge 2, that was already about 3 weeks old. I was SO nervous about applying them, I went into our local office supply store, and let some employee talk me into getting Liquid Armour. She showed me her phone, took out her keys, and scratched with all her might on her screen. She swore all she had on it was the Liquid Armour. And the keys didn't leave a mark. Sooo, I got some, let her put it on, paid the $30.00!!, and happily went on, so relieved I didn't have to do the soapy water, get it lined up jazz, etc. I not only exercise every day as a walker mainly, with my dogs, but have horses and ride and do barn work. I'm not easy on anything, and never wear jewelry except to go out, I'm so rough. Well, of course, while at the barn 3 days later, I bump my Charge on something, and of course it makes a scratch!!! Then a couple days later, I notice at the end of a day, another one, bigger and longer. Went back to the store, and a sweet manager gave me another pack free. It didn't fill in the scratches, so I was totally over that stuff. Came back to Amazon to cruise the "real protectors" and from the reviews, mostly saying how easy the application was, I ordered these. I am confessing I am a tad OCD, so I got SO nervous when they came, and freaked out at the "simple instructions" that made no sense. However, I was able to remind myself that I am not completely inept, took a calm deep breath, got a small dish of water (no soap), and proceeded to go for it. Much to my surprise and delight, it literally took me about 2 minutes to do the whole process!! The water dipping of the film protector really does make it so simple to place it even and smoothly ( and very important to shake off excess water before sliding it on your screen). I didn't have to use the squeegie at all but used my finger to smooth out little tiny blobs of water. I had just a bit of "moisture" I could see underneath, but that dried up within a few hours. It also FILLED in my 2 other scratches immediately, so my OCD self could relax totally. Really folks, I am a 63 yr old woman, and while very educated, not very artsy, or typically savvy at things like this, and these are a breeze to apply, and my Fitbit, which I love, is TRULY protected, and crystal clear!! Try these and don't freak out like I did over it :) PS The company is very nice and helpful and truly want to stand by their products, and answer questions fast and thoroughly.

This screen protector works pretty well. It does not sit perfectly on my watch, but that could be due to error on putting it on. We made sure to let the protector get wet with soapy water before putting it on. There are some areas of lifting on the edges, but there are no bubbles that keep me from using the watch. It is quite adhesive and thick, and I haven't had any issues yet.

I love these. I had a previous Fitbit version I did not use a product like thus on and it scratched easily. I have had this on my Fitbit Charge 6 for about a month. No scratches. Does exactly what it says it does. A couple of times I banged it thinking I would get a scratch. Nope! Not difficult to put on, but the first try I accidentally dropped the protective piece into the water you use in the process to put it on. Had to use another one, but you get eight. Would definitely recommend.

Doesn't work when you take your Fitbit in the shower. Being water proof also means you can't use these sheilds.

So far so good. It fits the Charge 2 perfectly. Instead of applying according to directions, which involved soapy water, I decided to try a dry application first. I figured if the dry application doesn't work, I would follow the directions the next time. I cleaned my Charge 2 screen with the included cloth, also washed & dried my hands, then removed one screen protector from the backing paper, held it as close to the edge as I could with the tip of my fingernail & aligned it with the Charge 2 screen & applied the proctector. I didn't get it quite right so I carefully removed it & tried again. The 2nd time I had it placed good enough to suit me. I used the included squeegee/card to smooth out any bubbles & made sure all the edges were secure. There were about 4 tiny bubbles about 1/16" in diameter that I just couldn't get out. They weren't all that noticeable so I finally gave up. A few hours later, I noticed the bubbles were gone. The protector is working perfectly. I can't even tell that it's on. It's only been 2 days since I applied it so I won't know for a while how successful the dry application will be. I'll try to remember to update my review when/if I need to replace the screen protector. So far, I'm very happy with the results.

I have used these types of shields on previous watches but this brand is cut a bit too large and doesn't last as long. The little bit of overlap sticks out and catches on your pants, towel, etc and starts to peel. It's a good thing that there are several in the package. The first one lasted nearly 2 weeks, the second one started peeling on the second day. Once they are gone, I will not be ordering again. I wish I had tried them when I first received them so I would have been able to return them.

These screen protectors are amazing. I’m glad that it comes in an 8-pack because I’ve replaced it 4 or so times. It’s also good because I messed up putting the screen protector on the first time I did it. I’m pretty clumsy and I end up bumping my arm/wrist into walls, etc. I get paint marks on the protector a lot. But the screen is still great. It doesn’t affect the touch screen at all. It’s very minimal. The first 6 months of having my watch I was very rough on it, so I replaced it 3 times. But it’s been about 8 or 9 months since I’ve last replaced the screen protector and it still looks pretty good. The installation instructions are pretty clear too. You just dip it in soapy water and then place it on the clean watch face. You don’t really want to push out the bubbles until it’s mostly dry or you’ll slide the protector off

Having cleaned the watch face I ignored the instructions and applied one of the protectors with a pair of tweezers. They are very sticky and difficult to remove from fingers! The reason I did not follow the instructions is if you use soapy water you have to wait a day before you can wear it. I managed to get rid of most of the bubbles and the rest disappeared the following day. The protector is much thicker than cheaper versions, which I have found come off easily. However touch commands seem to be very good. Unlike cheaper versions it is difficult to see if the protector is there. (I had to use a magnifying glass). I am confident about longevity but time will tell.
