15 Day Colon Cleanser Detox

So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable. It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh. But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!! I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lol I know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol! The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

The Dinosaur Chicken Nugget Finally Escaped I didn’t take this colon cleanse. It chose me I followed the instructions. Hydrated. Planned. Trusted the word “gentle” like someone who still believes “light mayo” is a choice. Everything was calm. Suspiciously calm. The kind of calm horror movies start with before a murder happens off-screen and no one notices. Then-activation. No cramps. No warning. Just my legs moving before my brain caught up. Like prey sensing weather. What followed wasn’t pain-it was momentum. My digestive system clocked in, put on gloves, and started clearing inventory like it was closing time. This wasn’t a cleanse. This was excavation. Layers came out. Historical layers. Things I swear I already dealt with emotionally. At some point I experienced the unmistakable outline of a dinosaur-shaped chicken nugget from 6th grade. Same stance. Same little tail. I recognized it instantly. If you’re looking for a colon cleanse pill that works, here it is! Now that I’m in my 40’s, I don’t seem to be as regular as I used to be. I’ve tried so many things to help (probiotics, more fiber, etc.), but nothing really helped so I decided I just wanted to “empty out” and start over. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this one a try. I took only one capsule with a glass of water before bed, and by noon the next day, I can confidently say I was empty. Like other reviews said, make sure you only take a capsule when you are home the next morning. When you have the feeling that you need to go, you don’t have too much time to get to a toilet. The first few bowel movements are soft, but later, it turns to basically diarrhea before it stops. I couldn’t imagine taking 2 capsules at once. Another word of advice - this is a 15-day supply of colon cleanse pills, but that doesn’t mean to take them 15 days in a row. I’ve been taking them once a week, on the weekends, when I’m home the next morning. I do find that I seem more regular now than I did before I started taking them. These pills are high-quality, easy to swallow (average pill size), helps with temporary weight loss, and because you don’t feel weighed down, you feel more energized.

First, let me say I’m a female 5’ 106lbs. I have been Very bloated lately and carrying extra weight in my stomach. My bathroom schedule hasn’t been regular mixed with lady hormones and food cravings. After reading the reviews I decided to try this but was scared to take 2 pills so I took only 1 pill at bedtime with 16oz bottled water each night for 3 nights.. Night 1 I braced myself for the dreaded stomach cramping that comes along with laxatives. No cramps. No explosions in the toilet. Just having to go a little bit at a time during the day. I’d rather prefer getting it out all at once. Spending an hour on the toilet instead of little bathroom breaks all day. It wasn’t that bad. Wasn’t diarrhea. I did feel lighter though! Night 2 I expected the same results. But NO. Still no cramping, no diarrhea, no urgency. I didn’t even have to go until 12:30pm! I wanted so badly to evacuate my bowels but it wasn’t happening. All I got was an upset, gassy tummy. Small, infrequent bathroom trips.I was afraid the worst was still coming so I stayed close to home. But, alas nothing. No miracle laxative. No empty colon. So I thought I’d give it one more chance to do what I had intended it to do… Night 3 I had crossed my fingers and waited. And waited. And again didn’t have to go until well after 12 pm. Upset tummy with gas again. Only a couple small bathroom breaks all day. I didn’t like the unknown of waiting for possible disaster. Nothing much happened. My stomach was bubbly but I just couldn’t get anything out. Maybe it was because I only took 1 pill each night. But it just didn’t work for me like these other reviews experienced. I badly wanted to evacuate my bowels and cleanse my colon. I didn’t take it longer than 3 days. Maybe next time I feel brave enough to try it, I’ll try 2 pills when I have absolutely nowhere to be the next day. I gave it 4 stars because it wasn’t a terrible stomach cramps, exploding diarrhea experience. It just didn’t do as much as I expected it would.

This is so good. It definitely works a little too well. I had cramps but not terrible the only bad thing is I didn’t make it in time once but lost a pound which every pound counts by me. Looking forward to taking it again to see more results I took a triplex through Olexus years ago. Did the exact same thing but I went from 185 to 126. That doesn’t work for me anymore but this does and a heck of a lot cheaper. Great value for the money and it works. Bye bye age related constipation. Definitely recommend

I’ll update this as I go along. I’m only taking one pill a night because I wanted to see how this worked before I upped it to 2. This is not a 15 day detox; you do not use this product for more than 7 consecutive days. Please drink with TONS of water. I try to drink a 16.9oz bottle when I take it and then 4 more bottles throughout the day. The goal of this wasn’t to lose weight. I wanted the probiotics to really just get my system regulated again. Despite dietary changes, my BM slowed down to maybe once a week and that’s if I’m really paying attention and keeping track. Day 1: The morning after I took the first pill, I had two really big BMs. They were a few hours apart. There was some minor cramping but nothing major. I weighed myself the morning before the first BM and at night before I took the second dose; down 2lbs. Day 2: Another very urgent BM but this time was not as much. A lot more diarrhea vs solid stools but nothing too much out of the ordinary. I had one BM that morning and another before bed; down another 1lb. So, I’m going into day 3 down 3lbs already. The second night, I realized I sweat a TON in my sleep. I’ve got 6 kids and they were all breastfed and this felt like postpartum, hormonal sweats… I was drenched and actually slept with my ceiling fan and a bedside fan on. I was just miserable but knew that meant my metabolism was picking back up vs how slow it has been previously. Looking forward to see what changes on Day 3.

Omg! This stuff really works. The 1st time I took 2pills around 7pm the next morning by 6am I was going, going & going. Did I say going? Lol I take 1or 2 capsules once a week. I don't recommend taking it daily esp if you have errands or work. This is a stay at home pill. It really does clean you out without cramping & yes it helps you loose weight.

If you're on the fence about this product because the price seems too low to be effective, oh don't you worry. This is not a "suggestion" to your guts to start working. Nay, this a strongly worded letter that it's time to cash a check that your butt will deliver. I'd highly recommend taking one capsule to start, as the two it calls for would be something that I'm nearly certain could be classified as cruel and unusual under the Geneva Convention. Don't be fooled by the apparent slowness to react after taking your first dose. Your entire digestive system is simply using a landline to call the Thanksgiving of 1987 to pull up the remainder of that extra slice of pumpkin pie you ate and gently inform it that it's time to go. Think you have to fart? No, you don't. No. You. Don't. Politely excuse yourself and proceed to the nearest restroom. Don't stop to discuss the Stock Market, just make your way to the powder room. Thank the toilet in advance for providing the refuge you'll be using for the next several hours. You have, quite literally, much to be grateful for. The process is much more gentle than expected, but don't mistake kindness for weakness. You will not only cleanse your Colon, but your entire soul. This is a great addition to your GLP or Keto journey. It's definitely not for everyday use, but to kick-start or occasionally remove any doubt that you're on the right path, this is your 'Ol Faithful.
