Fixed my broken HVAC UNIT
Easy swap out. Indicator light on circuit board was not functioning so I immediately knew it was the transformer. After a few voltage tests, I decided to order this. 5 min swap out and my unit works better than before.

Awesome quality, price and strength for diy
This transformer is heavier than you might expect. I'd say at least a lbs. That being said it's perfect for the heavy duty transformer that I need. It's weight comes from the great copper windings. This device is not cheaply made. I am using it to push 11 sprinkler valves at one time that run on 24vac and are 110ft away from this transformer. I am using a raspi pi and some relays to be as cheap as possible and have wireless controller where ever I am on the property. The pi has a 24vac to 5vdc transformer and I have no problems at all powering it, and all the valves. This device does not heat up as much as I expected, and I didn't need a star capacitor as the output is a super clean and strong sine wave. All valves open perfectly and strong for over 20 minutes without issue. I saved a ton of money building a DIY sprinkler system and this transformer fulfills all my 24vac electrical needs.

Worked great but be mindful of the color schemes and follow your own setup
worked like a charm replaced the old one with new one and had technician finish his job that the rest of the warranty covered, they tried to charge 250 for doing the job I did by replacing this simple part my self yeah I don't think so that's why you got to be careful with technicians in many areas who try to screw you over.

Good value.
I use this control transformer in reverse, to power 110 volt ac fountains from a 12 volt ac outdoor lighting unit that is transformer powered. By connecting a 12 volt ac source to the 24 volt input, and using the 220 volt tap, it provides a nice 107 volt out put for the 2 water fountain that are rated at 6 watts each. Much easier to run low voltage line to the remote fountain location then establishing a 110 volt outlet. I do add an waterproof box for the transformer and hardwired to the fountains.

Used for DIY home HVAC power supply replacement
DIY repair job on Home AC condenser relay circuit still works well. the problem ended up being a defective relay in the AC condenser, but replaced the transformer anyways because it was over 20 years old rusty.
