Worked! Great buy. Toilet seat doesn't move anymore.

I'm in a rental, and the lousy plastic bolts on my seat stripped out on me. Found these, decided to try them out. It was much easier to leave the screw in the rubber boot, and then use the screw to force the boot into the roughly 3/8" hole the bolts had been in. I was worried about damaging them, but with a bit of massaging of the bulb in the middle, and pushing on the head of the screw, they slid into place nicely.Now I use a TUSHY bidet, and just putting the screws in normally, they don't reach. If you just reach under, and push the bottom of the rubber up to meet the screw, the internal brass insert will be able to catch, and then it works just fine, hardly any effort needed, and they are SOLID.

I bought this pack because I wasn’t sure by the reviews if the plastic or rubber ones would be better. They are both easy to install and worked well with two different seats. The rubber ones worked better for us. They were installed a few months ago and that seat is still staying out. The plastic ones loosen up but still not as bad as when we had those plastic screws. Easy to tighten though and it lasts a few weeks before we need to adjust them.

Kudos to the inventor. Easy top installation, self-centering, and firm grip. Worked perfectly on my one-piece Kohler with 0.5-inch-diameter mounting holes. The Option-A black set was used after cleaning the mounting holes with alcohol and dampening the bulges in the black rubber inserts for easy insertion.

This was the fix I was looking for! It worked well on my Kohler one piece toilet.It took a little doing to get the rubber mounts to go in the opening on the toilet at first, but now everything is tight and stable. I actually think this is better than the original mounting hardware.

Great product, it contains both a plastic version and a rubber version of the screw clip which provides options when performing the repair. A good value.

do not work so good belive to small well come lose a lot have to retieing it 2 a month but very easy to install less back bending

What can I say? It fixed my toilet seat and now I am a happy camper. Truly is universal.
