Best wifi network I ever had
I bought 3 of them, Amazon was having a great sale $349.95 but it was damaged in transit and I never received it and they wouldn't honor sale price. Then I bought 1 from Crutchfield on sale $399.99, sale ended, wished I bought the 3 pack, Then I bought a 2nd one from ebay $200 seller only had 1, and then a 3rd one direct from linksys on sale $399, should have bought the 3 pack, not knowing I didn't want to buy 3 for $899. Wi Fi mesh works great, it is fast and covers a large area with 3. I wish they worked with Apple Home Kit app like the earlier Lynksys models.I also have the base unit bridged to my 2 Time Capsules

Best for 1 gig
The thing I’ve learned about WiFi equipment is this: they all have a maximum fcc permitted coverage area. So basically all WiFi routers have the same coverage area. Knowing this helps a lot and you will get what you pay for. Most routers also do NOT have full Ethernet throughout. We have 1 gig speeds. So with less expensive Linksys mesh equipment we were not getting the full throughput from the router. This particular unit even setup in a mesh network still allows full throughput. The coverage are isn’t the best(none of them are!) so you gotta go with mesh and Ethernet backhaul to get the most out of your connection. We needed three of these in our 925 sf house to accomplish absolute full coverage. One at the end one in the middle, and one at the other end. No drops or any issues whatsoever. I even added extended the network to our home gym which is in a separate building about 30 feet away from the house(this is with buried Ethernet so still hard lined) so now we have full strength WiFi in the back yard which is nice. Download speeds from the mother unit are testing at 1 gig plus. The cheapo Linksys routers I used to extend the network in the gym give us around 100-150mbps.

Easy to set up and get running in just a few minures. The wireless network in insanely fast.
I bought this to replace our existing router that was constantly getting jammed up with too many devices. I bout this one because it can easily handle up to 65 devices. The only downfall I've seen so far is that I have one device that will not connect to the wireless network now. I'm sure it will eventually. I just haven't had the time to troubleshoot.

Decent but many features missing
Decent little AP, but there are a few things that a device at this pricepoint should have that are missing. First, the 5 GHz network cannot utilize DFS channels. Next, the user cannot configure IPv6 to be stateful, nor can you configure manual IPv6 DNS. Bad news if you want to use CloudFlare or Google. You're stuck using your ISPs default DNS servers unless you have a static IP connection. Signal is strong as expected and the 6 GHz band seems to work well when I tested with an Intel AX210 client. For the price I would recommend the Asus GT-AXE11000 as that is what I ultimately ended up using.

Switched from Eero Pro and couldn't be happier
I had ongoing issues with my Eero Pro with DNS issues not being able to load web pages. This has been going on for months. Finally I decided to switch to the Linksys Atlas 6E and I couldn't be happier. The signal and download speeds are better and finally no DNS issues. I went from a Linksys Mesh system a few years back to Eero Pro and was very happy for a year until a firmware update caused the DNS issues.

Needed to Upgrade to Wi-Fi 6!
My iPhone stopped automatically connecting to my existing WiFi 5 Velop router so I picked this up and replaced my parent node. 590mbps download speed, 170 more than my old parent node!

Poor Product with poor tech support.
Wireless clients get half the download speed as the upload speed. Wired clients work fine. Linksys tech support is trying to blame my ISP. If the wired clients don't see the problem as well, then it can't be the ISP.Update: Replaced the Linksys with the Orbi RBK963 black edition. The Orbi works flawlessly. No more latency and my ring cameras look great. My wife even noticed and normally she doesn't notice anything. She said that the cameras are so clear now, what did you do! Wifi 6e clients are working great. All clients are working great! Ditch Linksys and this is coming from a person who only bought linksys routers since 1999.
