We love it! Bought it for the "handles". Very sturdy. Easy to put the handles on. That is the only assembly required. We are 75 yrs old and feel safe on it. Non slip steps. Easy to use. Not too heavy to carry. Folds nicely. Price is good also.

I have a four step ladder but it's a bit heavy. So I am keeping it on the first floor of my townhouse. I wanted something solid but lighter for the second and third floors. I read reviews for several on Amazon. This step ladder works really well. I feel safe using the handles. It feels solid. I needed something to reach my upper cabinets, change lightbulbs, and smoke detector batteries. So far, I feel very safe on this ladder. But as always I am careful going up and down the steps & paying attention. And it folds and stores in a space between my refrigerator and the wall so I can easily pull it out. It was fairly easy to put together but read the instructions! I did it myself. I am 69 years old and not to terribly handy with tools but I did it. I am keeping the instructions and tools to periodically check it in case the handles need adjustment or tightening.

Perfect ladder for chores around the house. Stable, with hand rails and really like the longer top rail that provides stability when standing on the top step. Easy to assemble.

This is a great ladder/ step stool. It's the perfect set up for most dying home maintenance projects. Changing light bulbs, washing walls, cabinets. High shelfs, hanging Christmas decorations. The side rails are super. The little tool pouch is a handy little bonus. I debated with myself about getting this. Now I can't believe I got along so long without it. It is very stable as well.

As we have aged using regular step ladders has been a bit scarier. We seen this deal and decided to get one. We are glad we did. It is so sturdy and with the safety rails and tool pouch it is ideal for around the house projects. We have ceiling fans in every room with cathedral ceilings. So much easier to use this vs a 8’ step ladder I have had to dig out of the garage. I’m also a big guy about 285 and it holds me without a problem.

Love this ladder. I read a lot of negative reviews but it is light enough for practically anyone to pack around with ease all the parts line up perfectly and the bolts are very strong enough. People were saying the instructions were hard to follow but who needs instructions as it was so simple to put together without any instructions. This is a 5+ star ladder.
