What a tragic waste
Unfortunately have to leave a overall dissatisfied poor review. After receiving the vanilla sticks they were dry, broken, the packaging was not vacuum packed, but it did not matter as the product which is advertised as plump moist etc... is completely false. There is no way for me to return the item or to request a replacement. Upon opening the package was not met with a vanilla aroma, actually not aromatic at all. I tried a mixture of water and 80 proof whiskey in attempt to rehydrate the pods and after a day they remain withered dead sticks that or only wet from the liquid. Rip off. Taking a loss.

NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED
I ordered four packs of ten. Every single one was hard and dried up, totally unusable! Not vacuum sealed as they should be for freshness. Definitely not Grade “A” as advertised. I’m sending them back. Now let’s see how their customer service fairs.

Waste of money
I wished I looked at the reviews first. Mine were also dried out and brittle. Since I’m making extract, I hope this will still work.

Dried out!! Waste of money
The vanilla beans came dried and not fresh at all. Absolutely worthless and not eligible for return. Waste of money!!!!!
